I was impressed at how much the product resembled and worked like regular butter, and it was a wonderful substitute for making the pasta sauce a little healthier! In the morning I used it on waffles and again it worked very well. The flavour is not as strong as butter but the texture is exactly the same. All in all, I would purchase this again. -
