I use this spray every time I get out of the shower to help detangle my hair with ease. It is also a must before any heat is on my hair, and when I just need some help with frizz and fly always. I love running my fingers through my hair after, it feels so silky and I love the smell. It is a lightweight and surprisingly non greasy formula, which can be hard to find! I love this spray. -

The only thing I would warn is that if your skin is even the tiniest bit on the dry side to stay away from this. Unfortunately the thick formula will cling to every bit of dry skin and flake and cake. But if you are normal or oily this is perfect. -
