I loved the smell of this tea. It has a sweet berry smell. The taste is great but not as strong as I would have liked. This tea had me craving something sweet to eat along with it because it wasn’t sweet enough for me. If you’re not the type to add sugar to your tea I would recommend this tea. The tea has a refreshing taste that was nice, but felt odd to me as a hot drink. In all fairness I am pregnant and my tastebuds might be a little off. I’ll give this tea another chance after my baby is born. -

Out of the 3 Super Teas I received this one was my favourite! The moment the tea bag and water met the aroma took over. The smell is amazing. I was tempted to drink it before it was finished steeping. Once I tasted the tea I was surprised it wasn’t overly sweet or strong. The taste was light and didn’t taste artificial which is a huge bonus for me. The added vitamin C is great but I would drink this tea purely for its taste. I’ve already made several family members try this tea because i like it so much. Highly recommend. -

I received the Immune super tea from chick advisor and Tetley to sample along with 2 other flavours. Out of the 3 flavours this one was definitely my least favourite. I let the tea steep for a few minutes (as i usually do) because I like a strong taste. The tea has a citrus taste but the vitamins or other flavours mixed in left a funny taste in my mouth. I felt like I needed to constantly be sipping the tea for it to taste okay. It’s not my favourite citrus flavoured tea, which is what I compare this to. I’m sure there are immune boosting benefits, but this wouldn’t be the first tea on my list of recommendations. -

I sampled the cranberry orange and flax bars from Good & Simple. The bars are very flavourful. The cranberry orange combo is quite juicy. I preferred them in the afternoon as a pick me up snack rather than early in the morning. It's great that the bars come wrapped individually, very convenient and easy to throw in my purse. I do think they are a little on the pricy side, however most healthy options are these days. I do recommend them to anyone who likes the cranberry orange flavour. If you aren't a fan of these fruit then don't buy this flavour because the taste is strong. I might purse this product in the future but not often as it's more expensive than alternative snack bars I would eat. -

Banana muffins are my favourite so I've had my fair share of them. The Good & Simple banana bran muffin is definitely ranked highly for me in terms of taste, and it gets bonus points for being healthy! *WHOOPIE*
As a breastfeeding mother I could definitely see myself snacking on these muffins and not feeling guilt about what my baby is consuming. The muffins aren't dry and they are made with real bananas! I'm already on my second box, so I think it's safe to say I am a repeat customer :)

I get these from my dentist. The flavour is great. I like it because it fits between my teeth with a retainer and that space is tight. My teeth feel cleaner when I use this floss. Strong and durable. It doesn't shrewd easily.
