The board has a couple of flaws. It slides around too easily on our countertop. Personal preference I would do away with the trench on one side of the cutting board and make it completely flat. It would be nice to have a piece of rubber on each corner of the cutting board to prevent it from sliding on quartz countertop. We oiled the board regularly with mineral oil, but it was nice that the Ford came pre-coded with mineral oil -
