I purchased this normal one in error. Therefore, it didn't give me enough moisture that my dry skin needs. Other than that, it went on light and absorbed pretty well.

This is a very thick lotion and I had high hopes for it to be very moisturizing. However, it just coated my skin and my skin still didn't feel moisturized. I had to add a body oil to it, for it to give me a better effect.

Bye to those oily sunscreens that leave a white cast, this one is definitely a winner. Furthermore, as a woman of colour, I really appreciate that it quickly absorbed into my skin leaving no residue. Moreover, it's a waterbased gel which even gave my dry skin a little moisture. It is also pretty affordable and gives good protection from the sun. In addition, as it's pretty lightweight It even work well with my make-up. Plus, a little goes a long way with this one.
I received a sample from Chickadvisor for testing purposes and this is my honest review.

Lately, I've been gravitating to more water and gel-based moisturizers. I find that they work wonders for my dry skin. This hydro boost gel proved to be just as effective. The only con is that it's not the typical affordable price that one would expect from a drugstore brand. However, the product really delivers on its claims. In fact, it is pretty lightweight and it absorbed quickly into my skin, which made it easy for my make-up application. In addition, the hydration it gave lasted for most of the day.

It left my skin extra hydrated, smooth and soft. So much so that this is now my favourite facial moisturizer and I plan on buying it again and again.

The older version of this product was the first thing I ever tried from the Vichy brand. And for the price I paid, I was really glad it worked wonders for my skin. I also found it to be quite moisturizing and over some time of use, I did notice improvement with blemishes.
I'm also happy to see that new version as added even more hydration.

However, as someone with extremely dry skin, I need a lot more than the average and this was not moisturizing enough for me. In fact, I much prefer a thicker and creamier lotion and this was slightly watery.

This combination tasted like a yummy chocolate bar and not at all like the usual bland protein bars. Furthermore, I'm not a fan of cashew but I couldn't really identify the cashew taste because it was masked by the other great natural flavours. I definitely recommend this one and will be adding it to future grocery lists. This definitely makes a quick, filling snack for on-the-go. -
I really enjoyed this flavour combination. This 200 calorie snack was quite filling with added nutrients like fibre and iron but but with the scrumptious flavour of a Reeses. *This was received for free to review from Chick Advisor.
