I'd have to say dont wear this in your bed wait for it to be done while siting on the floor because it crumbles and you dont want that on your bed. Other wise it a nice mask not my favorite for deep results but if you have oily skin go for it.

Let me say that the color i went for is light auburn and i have almost black hair but after wash out it didnto see and thing but maybe two days later it lifted my hair color to like a fawn color. And i can confirm that my hair feels just as the rest of my hair does. -

Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Face Scrub
