Hey shira the i was reading your blog and the exact same thing happend to me...but now i'm getting charged 83 dollars biweekly...for about 3 payments now without me knowing..is there some way you can help me out as well...i want to put a stop to this. A few weeks back they I had schedule me with my trainer then i show up and they tel me that he no longer works there...and i still had about 4 sessions left. and they signed me up with a new tranier for 24 more sessions....and they told me that i can't carry over my 4 sessions that i had left. and that on top of the bi weekly payments of 35 dollars i'm paying for the new sessions...they never said that when i signed the new contract..and i'm really in a bad position cause they are over chraging me and they didn't tell me...so if you are taking this further please let me know i want to put a stop to thier scamming ways..please contact me via email. I'm actually originally from Winnipeg and had a bad experience with Shapes myself.
