I was a “D” cup and weighed about 180# while nursing, and it fit around me without any problems. -

I use one or two drops of this per nostril in my babies’ noses, then a few seconds later, you can use an aspirator to clear out the blockages. Sometimes they will even sneeze it out. So easy and effective! -
