This soap has been so kind to my sore hands. I have eczema and have to wash my hands often. They always hurt, bit using this has helped them be less sore. It doesn't smell bad, it is very neutral which helps my fragrance sensitivity as well. I wish it lathered better but I do well with two pumps. I am definitely going to buy this again. -

This body wash has been incredibly gentle on my dry itchy winter skin. It is not too drying and it doesn't smell weird like other sensitive washes can. I really appreciate it. It is great. I wish it was more moisturizing, but that isn't a big deal.

This lotion is nice. It absorbs well and is soft/not too greasy. However, I found it stung a little when applied on my face and left it a bit red for a couple minutes. It is probably better for people without sensitive skin.
I also found the watermelon fragrance to be juicy and wonderful, but it may not be best for my skin or people with scent sensitivity.
If those things don't normally bug you, I would give it a try!

I've been using a small amount of this lotion after I wash my hands for two days now and there is already an incredibly huge difference. The pain is gone and I have less dry patches. It is amazing! -

First of all, I would only buy this soap when it is on sale for 5 for $20, it isn't worth it at full price. Luckily it is almost always on sale.
It is no longer antibacterial, due to the banning of triclosan, but seeing as soaps do not need to be antibacterial to work (wash for 20 seconds) it does not make me hesitate to buy this. Triclosan was dangerous anyway.
I love all the scents and seasonal offerings that Bath and Bodyworks provides, and there is a soap for every sink in my house. My only real complaint is that they still use black plastic on some scents. It makes the soaps look nice, but it is not recyclable in many areas and therefore is not environmentally friendly.
I would love if they sold refills to be even more friendly, but it is what it is.
