This heat protectant is perfect for flat ironing or curling. Does what it says it will. Keeps hair from frying and burn out frizz. Wish it was a slight bit stronger on the heat resistantce up to 410° - only compliant. Overall - pretty good.

My hair is very dry, course and crazy curly. This is perfect to stack with other products. A excellent place to start!
For a $5 dollar product, I am very happy to find affordable hair care products that do what they say the will!

I am always looking for the HG product for my crazy frizzy, curly, course, unmanageable hair.
I was looking for a leave in conditioner and couldn't find what I needed. I asked a beauty consultant at Shoppers what I could use to help smooth out my crazy hair. She suggested this product. I thought it sounded "gimmicky". But after my first use, my hair had NO frizz. I couldn't believe it. Where has this been all my life?
Now there is silicone in it, so for those who stay away from cones, this is not for you. My hair can't seem to cope without them.
Helps for styling, straightening or curling.. Or just wash and go if you please. I have to style. This has replaced my 6 product morning and reduced it down to 3. I'll take that!

I love how easy it is to wrap hair around the barrel and get perfect curls.
My hair only took 5 seconds on each curl and each curl looks smooth and shiny. Pretty impressive considering I have thick, frizzy, curly, crazy hair that has a mind of its own.
Curls held well with a curl cream and heat protectant. But I think that is due to my texture.
I have short (Rihanna Mohawk length) hair.
For a $30 product, I am very impressed!

This is my go to store for all my make-up needs. I am not rich, but I don't wear a lot of make-up either. I love getting a special birthday lipstick or two, the perfect eyeliner that actually stays put or a specialty product no one else sells.
I also love spoling my love ones with a gift from Sephora for Christmas. I love splitting up value sets between stockings, as the everyone gets to try something.
Like others, I could spent forever just looking at EVERYTHING!!! -LOL
I love the friendly, approachable staff. They are teaching me how to look after my problem prone akin. The samples the give allow you to try a product for several days; allowing you to see if your skin likes it.
Overall, love this place!

I fell in love with Avene's tolerance extreme hydrating face cream; so when searching for a retinol to help with adult acne, a shoppers beauty expert suggested I try the cleanance expert.
You can apply it morning and night, with or without other acne treatments, with or without moisturizers. It is much more gentle than retinol - it does not make my skin peel or itch. I apply it with both a acne treatment and a moisturizer.
The next morning I had no new breakouts (which has been a daily struggle), cystic acne had gone down considerably, redness was gone and the itchiness had finally stopped!
I am now at 8 days use - (can take up to a month to see results with severe acne - I have mild/moderate acne with hormonal cystic flare ups) - I am delighted!!! No acne at all, NONE!!! I have 2 cystic scars that are finally healing and lightening. This has been a 2 year struggle. SO IMPRESSED!!!
Avene is known for great results on sensitive skin. I have spent a small fortune on face creams trying to find something that helps, doesn't break me out and doesn't make me feel like I slathered vasoline on my face.

Stila can be a little hard to apply at first as this is a wet liner, but I LOVE the fact that it does not skip, delivers high pigmentation and all day wear. Even through rain I didn't have to worry about ending up with the dreaded racoon eyes.
I find best application for oily eyelids is to take a Q-tip dipped in make-up remover and clean close to elelashes, leave it to dry or wipe dry; then apply.

I find it best for my face. It is the first wash I have used on my face that is gentle enough to not dry my face to tightness or turn my face red.
It does not aggravate acne, it works to help heal it.
I have heard it is expensive, but given the bottle is huge and I'm using for face mostly, i can't see myself doing without it!
