I purchased the Ingenuity Smart Clean Trio 3 In 1 High Chair in aqua as soon as my daughter was old enough to sit in a chair. I absolutely love it. It's easy to clean since it doesn't have a fabric cover, but instead it has a foam seat and backing which is easy to wipe down. When I want to do a good cleaning I remove the foam seat and backing and soak it and clean the part it sits on. You can also remove the safety harness straps and clean them as well. I usually do a full down cleaning at least every two weeks unless otherwise needed.
The tray is easily removable with a push of a button located on the front of the tray and can be done with one hand which any parent knows is a convenience. Also the top tray has another tray underneath. I assume that is if someone has the top tray in the dishwasher since all removable pieces are dishwasher safe. But I only ever use the top tray as I remove it and wash it immediately before and after using. There's two cup holders on the tray which I usually put her drink in one and snacks in the other one and sit her meal directly on her bowl on the tray.
The main concern I had when I first assembled this high chair was the backing did not seem sturdy but my daughter is now 16 months old and it has proven to be a durable and reliable chair. The seat reclines in 3 different positions which is a feature I never used as I always had her sitting upright when she was eatting. The straps as I said are not only easily removed to wash but also very secure. It's a three point harness. A complaint many people had with this cair is that the wheels do not turn. It can easily roll backwards and forwards but the wheels don't seem to turn. This is not an issue for me as I always keep it in the same corner near the table. The only complaint I really have about the wheels is they only lock in the front and even when locked I can still move the chair. But since my daughter is never in the chair on supervised and is always strapped in its not that much of an inconvenience for me. Some may not like the fact that the chair doesn't fold up but that's not a deal breaker for me either since I have a large kitchen. I just want to point out all the possible flaws as well as the great features this chair has to offer.
This high chair is a 3 in 1 so you can use it as a basic high chair but it can also be removed from the baseband you can strap it to a regular chair and use it as a booster seat therefore the base that is left is a toddler chair. This is a convenience for me as I'm having another little bundle of joy in a couple of months so it seat both my toddler and my daughter. No need to run out and purchase another chair. I'm just hoping where the foot rest is not adjustable it will do my toddler for the amount of time needed.
This chair can be purchased at Babies R Us, and Amazon as well as a few other online stores. I recommend Amazon as they are selling it at a lower price. I myself was lucky enough to purchase mine at winners for $89.99. So if you're looking for an easy to clean, extremely versatile chair this might be one you may want to think about.

When I'm looking for a guilt free, healthy, crunchy snack I reach for a bag of Bolthouse Farms Baby Cut Carrots. I like to dip them in fat free ranch dressing. It's a healthier alternative to my usual snacks and makes me feel like I'm making a good choice in my eatting habits. These are a go anywhere snack. You just throw them in a ziplock bag and away you go. These are great for when you're in a hurry and you want to make a quick soup or stew, no need to peel and cut, you just open the bag and throw them in. I frequently purchase this brand as it's almost always on special at my local grocery store for 99¢ a bag. I usually purchase a few bags at a time and as long as they are kept in a sealed bag after opening they stay fresh for a considerate amount of time. -

I was not actually expecting much from the DB Power Foot File but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. The bottoms of my soles are naturally hard from years of walking bare foot around the house and now at thirty seven years old I'm finding it hard to stand for long periods of time because of the hard build up of callouses.
Th DB Power Foot File is pleasantly easy to use. When I first took it out of the box I plugged in the adaptor ( you also have the option to use batteries) and looked for a power button. I easily figured out that it powered on by twisting the bottom ( which it states in the user manual that I didn't look at till after using)
When I put the roller head to my feet I was half expecting the foot file to stop spinning once pressure was applied but to my sheer delight the power output of the motor was quite substantial.Also it took a few minutes before I started to see the skin coming off but then I seen dusty white powder there was no doubt that this machine was pulverizing my callous. So far I have only used it twice and right after using it I massaged my feet with Vaseline and put on a pair of socks. After a few hours once I removed my socks my feet were noticeable softer. I'm going to use it a couple of more times until the callouses are completely gone and then I will probably only do it two to three times a week to ensure the callouses don't come back.
The DB power foot file comes with:

Cleaning instructions are easy. All you do is remove the roller head and rinse it under water and then wipe the body of the machine down with a damp cloth and then dry the body and roller head with a dry cloth.
I have to say this foot file is wonderful and does the job. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has calloused feet.

I have read enough about body brushing to know the benefits of it all. It still amazes me how something so simple can have so many benefits. It exfoliates your skin, improves circulation, some say it reduces cellulite, it stimulates your lymphatic system which helps to reduce toxins and so much more.
The wonderful part of it all is that a dry brush is such an inexpensive and valuable tool and extremely easy to use. This brush is made of all natural wood and bristles. The handle is 11 cm long and the bristles are 2 cm long. The brush itself itself is very sturdy and durable and the bristles are firm. At the end of the handle there is a hole with a small rope to hang your brush.
The first thing I noticed the first time I used this brush was that some of the bristles were falling out which I assumed was normal but now I have been using it for a week and they no longer fall out. The first thing I was unsure of when I started dry brushing was if I would be able to fit it into my normal routine or if I would do it a couple of times and not find it worth my time and additional effort but surprisingly I found it extremely relaxing almost like a mini massage and that you can do it in as little as five minutes. I usually take ten minutes cause I love the feel of it on my legs and hands especially.
Dry brushing is extremely easy to do. I start from my feet and apply the pressure that is comfortable for me and brush in long upward strokes. You always need to brush towards your heart. I spend a lot more time on my upper legs & bottom where cellulite is more likely to occur and then I brush my torso and sides still brushing upwards and then I do the chest in lighter downwards strokes towards the heart. After that I do my hands and arms again next upwards strokes towards the heart.
The only real complaint I have about this brush is that the handle is a bit short which although it's easy to do my lower back I had a hard time doing my upper back. So what have I noticed since body brushing is that my skin was noticeably softer after just one time of doing it. I have also noticed that before body brushing my legs ached on occasion ( possibly from barely visible varicose veins) and the joints in my hand would ache occasionally but since dry brushing I haven't had any aches and pains at all. I'm thinking it might be from the improved circulation. What I do know is I enjoy dry brushing more than I though. I find it relaxing and easy to do, doesn't take much time and it noticeably improved the feel of my skin. It's so much more softer and smoother. Dry brushing will definitely be a continued part of my beauty regime.

Baby Dove Lotion Sensitive moisture consists of a nice, thick and creamy texture that left my daughters skin feeling soft and smooth. It absorbed in quickly and did not sit on the skin as some creams tend to do. I applied it last night after her bath and her skin still feels moisturized fourteen hours later. This product is hypoallergenic as well as dermatologist and pediatrician tested. It's gentle enough to use daily and can be used on sensitive skin. It comes in a 384 ml bottle and since a little goes a long way it should last a while even if applieed daily. It is fragrance free which some people like but my preference would be if they came out with a nice light, relaxing lavender scent. If they would I would definitely purchase this product on a regular basis as it is a great value. #gotitfree -

Since she does have alot of hair two to three pumps were needed to distribute evenly. Like most baby bath products this is tearless,which insures the protection of a your little ones precious eyes.
When you first apply this cleanser to your cloth it does come out thick clike cream, but once you immerse it in the water and start washing your babies body it starts to get slightly sudsy and gently cleans your babies sensitive skin.
Baby Dove tip to toe wash is not only hypoallergenic but it's also fragrance free as well as opthalmologist, dermatologist and pediatrician tested. It is advised in the directions to follow with Baby Dove sensitive Moisture fragrance Free lotion.
Although this wash was gentle and left my daughters skin clean and soft, and has all the qualities a parent would want in a cleanser I personally prefer something lightly scented. I think that's due to my last child having eczema and being unable to use fun, scented lotions and bath washes. I find a slight scent of jasmine or lavender can be somewhat soothing for both baby and parents alike, especially at night when you want them to sleep.
If this product was on special for three to four dollars I would definitely pick it up, but not at a higher cost than that. However I do have a baby due in June that may have sensitive skin, therefore making it nice to know that there's a gentle, hypoallergenic product out there that will be safe for sensitive skin. #gotitfree

If you're looking for a soft, clean, fresh, floral scent than this is definitely the perfume for you. It makes you think spring and summer when flowers are in full bloom. When you spray the bottle it comes out in a fine, light mist. When it hits the skin it seems to go on like an oil and I need to rub it in. I spritz a bit on my neck and inner wrists. It seems to moisturize the area it's sprayed on. Usually perfumes come in fancy bottles but this bottle is very non-descript or not very eye catching. This tells me you're paying for the quality of the product rather than the fancy packaging. This perfume comes in a 40 ml bottle. It's made with pure aromatic oils. It's alcohol free as well as hypoallergenic so it's great for someone like myself that has sensitive skin. The cost is a little pricey, but if you want a scent that is long lasting and lingers throughout the day I would recommend this product. -

Swiss Botany Swiss Apple cell 3000 comes in a 30 ml bottle and its extremely easy to use. My morning and evening routine for the past eight days have consisted of washing my face, splashing a few handfuls of cold water on my face to help close the pores and then I apply two drops of the Swiss Apple stem cell serum to my face and then another single drop on my neck and rub it in its soft circular motions. After that I have been using a facial sunblock cream soft 20 to my face.
I'm a soon to be 38 year old woman that doesnt have much skin damage And no noticeable lines other than the frown lines on my forehead but I have noticed in the past eight days the frown lines on my forehead are less noticeable and the slight crows feet in the corners of my eyes are almost completely diminished. The only reason why I gave it a four star rating is because the serum has an almost watery consistency so when you apply it you have to work fast and rub it in quickly or it runs off like water. I prefer a serum that's a bit thicker and has a gel like consistency. Other than that I have nothing to complain about.
The product is paraben free and not tested on animals and is working well on my skin type ( combination). This serum does not rank as high up as vitamin c serum for me but my pores seemed to have reduced in size and it leaves my skin softer and smoother. It does not give me a nice glow like other serums do.

Never had I known of a more versatile product. Argan oil can be used as a skin moisturizer, to treat acne, prevent stretch marks, condition lips, treat razor bumps, condition and protect hair and so much more. I personally used it as a hair treatment. Twice a week before going to bed I apply about 7 drops to my dry hair (which would probably be considered medium long) and leave it overnight. When I wake up I wash and condition my hair as usual and then while my hair is slightly damp I add a little more throughout my hair and blow dry. Then after drying I rub a drop in my hands and apply it mostly to the ends and then work it through.
After the first time of using argan oil in my hair it was noticeably softer, shinier and healthy looking and had more body than its had in a long time. It made my hair look more youthful. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I felt like I could be in a hair commercial. The second time I left it on as an overnight treatment the results were even more noticeable. My hair was not extremely damaged but I have to say I have so much confidence in this product after only two uses that I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has extremely damaged hair. Whether the damage is from coloring, over bleaching or over styling their hair I can almost guarantee they would see instantaneous results.
This bottle should last a long time since a little goes a long way. Our tribe Argan Oil comes in a 4 oz Amber colored bottle. The texture is just slightly thicker than water and is not extremely oily feeling in your hands. It has a faint nutty scent to it that is not at all unpleasant. This product is not animal tested, and is 100% organic as well as paraben free. i have to say this is my new favorite beauty product and will be a staple product in my hair care routine. The only thing is this band is a little pricey.

I have done a little research into the benefits of omega' s and fish oils on diabetics and have discovered that it may decrease insulin resistance and also helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes, which diabetics are at higher risk of having. It's always important to speak with a doctor or a healthcare provider if you're taking any medications as they could affect the way your medication works.
There is so many wonderful benefits to fish oil that I have decided to join him in the journey of taking the omega 3 supplements. It Aids in cardiovascular health, brain function ( for Alzheimer's it's said to slow cognitive decline and helps prevent brain atrophy). It's known to help lift depression, improve joint pain, gives you healthy hair and skin and so much more. These supplements are quite big but they are in gel capsules which makes them easier to swallow. It says on the bottle to take 1 soft gel twice daily with meals. There are 90 capsules in the bottle. The smell is not appealing but the capsules don't leave any aftertaste. I'm looking forward to seeing the long term health benefits of these capsules. I'm going to recommend them to my mother who found out not too long ago that she has high cholesterol.
