I have been exercising two - three times a week for six weeks now and I noticed a big difference. Since i'm 115 lbs I didnt have much fat to burn but it definitely helped me to tone up and strengthen my core which was much needed after having two kids less than two years apart. If you're of a larger stature I would reccomend doing this workout at least five days a week or combining it with one of her more intense cardio workouts such as No More Trouble Zones or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I have both DVd's and done them in the past and they are pretty intense.
Six week six pack has two levels that both start with a warm up and end with a cool down. Jillian does the intermediate moves and theres two other girls working out with her and one does beginner moves and the other more advance. I started with the first level and did that for three weeksand then when it became too easy I switched to level two. This is circuit training which I love beause im lazy and this thirty five minute video combines cardIo and toning with the resistance of your own body weight as well as light weights. Even though this is targeted for abs it does work your legs, butt and arms as well. In fact I already notice a big difference in my entire body in just six weeks of using this video.
Since I am a bit of a Jillian Michaels fan I already have nine DVD's and just ordered three more off of Amazon that im waiting to receive in the mail. Whenever I started exercising in the past I would always quit after a month but this time Im hoping to stick with it for life. Now I just need to improve my eatting habits to become a healthier me. For anyone that does try Jillian Michaels and dislikes her style or doesnt enjoy circuit traini I reccomend looking into other forms of exercise before giving up.

This toothbrush set for babies is great for introducing your little one to dental hygiene. It was actually gifted to me at my first daughters baby shower and I loved it. There are three toothbrushes in the set. Two are rubbery with soft rubber bristles that babies seem to love on their delicate gums. The set comes with written instructions that advices how snd at what stage to use each brush. The final brush which is a regular childrens toothbrush I used only when all my daughters teeth came in. She didnt seem to mind having her teeth brushed because it seemed to be soothing on her gums. I would even give these brushes fir her to chew on when she was teething badly since she didnt seem to like her other teething toys. They are easy to clean. I have to get one for my six month old even though she doesnt have any teeth yet just to get her used to brushing. -

I have a 1ml sample of this and will definitely have to buy the full size. Whenever I ask my husband what lipstick I should wear he almost always chooses Burberry Lip Velvet in Nude. I wore this color today and he complimented the color ( which is a pinkish brown ) so I asked my usual lipstick question. Do you like this as much as the Burberry. He usually replies " Not quite" however today he said yes.
I like that it applies smooth and evenly and just glides on the lios but I did have to remove it and reapply after exfoliating my lips as it seemed to enhance any dryness. After that I applied a lip balm and then reapplied Birthday Suit and it looked great. I have cool undertones and light colored skin so im always fearful that nudes will make me look washed out but that wasnt the case with this color. It does transfer like most other lip products I have tried and therefore its not long lasting and needs to be reapplied after eatting or drinking. Thats not a deal breaker for me.
I found after applying it gave a light cooling sensation which I havent heard mentikned in other reviews so I looked on the Sephora website for the ingredients and there is peppermint in the ingredient listing which would explain the sensation I felt. It also has a very faint peppermint scent. I love peppermint products that tingle or give a cooling sensation to the lips so its an added bonus for me however the main reason I will be buying this color is because its a less expensive alternative to Burberry Lip Velver.

I love this Lavender anti-fatigue gel. The organic lavender essential oil relaxes you and the peppermint essential oil gives a nice cooling effect that relieves tired, warm feet. I have been using this product for years. I usually buy a few 50 ml tubes when they are on special ( and any one that shops at Yves Rocher knows they are always on special ). My favorite time to use this is when I wear heels for an extended period of time and I have a burning feeling on the bottom of my feet. I apply this to my feet and legs and just sit back and relax. The cooling feeling makes them feel better almost instantaneously. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who spends long periods of time on their feet. -

I admit to exfoliating my face twice a week and occasionally exfoliating my body but I never thought to exfoliate my hands until I seen this little gem on sale at Yves Rocher. Then it made sense that I should care for my hands the same, if not more than the rest of my body since they are always exposed to the elements and are one of the first part of the body to show signs of aging.
This product feels like a thick oil and it has little granules of strawberry seeds. You apply it to your dry hands and gently massage and then rinse off It leaves my hands feeling soft and smooth. I love the sweet scent but its gone once I apply hand cream. I wish I would have picked up the hand cream to match.
I like that this product contains more than 99% natural ingredients and it contains no parabens, no mineral oil and no animal products. It's gentle enough to use 1-2 times a week and hand exfoliating will now be a regular part of my beauty regime. I will definitely be going back to Yves Rocher soon and buying the hand and nail cream to go along with this.

This is a really thick and hydrating moisturizing cream. I used it on my body and was scared that it would leave my skin greasy but surprising once it absorbed into my skin it was left feeling really soft and smooth. Since my skin is not overly dry I don't need such an intense moisturizer and I prefer a moisturizer that glides over the skin so i will most likely use this as a foot cream. This does provide 24 hour miniaturization and is gentle enough to use on the face. I think that this cream would be great for anyone with dry so especially since it contains seven intensive moisturizers. -

I'm thinking it's Jasmine cause I tried an Avon perfume called Far Away and it also had a scent I did not like. When I looked both of the perfumes theonly similarity I could see is Jasmine. It could be that Jasmine is not a scent that I enjoy. Thankfully the scent fades after a few hours and the powdery scent is all that's left behind. I definitely wouldn't purchase this for myself. I also find the scent would be better suited for an older woman but that is my opinion. I did read other reviews on this product and a lot of people liked it. I personally prefer a simple, clean scent but this would be great for someone that likes powdery scents and enjoys Jasmine.. -

I seen Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm at Wal-Mart for less than 5$ and picked It up in the color Rose. Its a beautiful sheer pink color that looks very natural giving me just a tinge of color. It went on smooth and didnt leave my lips feeling thick and waxy. Although they were left feeling softer and somewhat hydrated I can't see this replacing Blistex for me. I just don't thWil this would be as effective on chapped lips and It does not contain SPF. I will probably use Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm at work to give my lips a tinge of natural color. Although it isn't my favorite lip balm it is reasonably priced and a natural product. For less than 5$ I Wil definitely purchase other colors. -

Now that I'm in my thirties I realize the importance of good skin care. I'm always looking to gentle products that make my skin look and feel nice. I like this product because it comes in a pump bottle that's easy to dispense. A half a pump seems to work well for me. It works so well it even cleans off all my eye makeup. Afterwards my skin is left feeling clean and well hydrated even before applying my moisturizer. This product is scented which some people may not like but it does have beneficial ingredients such as coconut oil and Aryan oil which has been a part of my beauty routine for years now. This is 100% natural product making me feel good about using it on my skin. -

It doesn't leave my skin looking shiny which is a must in a day time cream and I love that it wears well under makeup. Although this is a drugstore cream don't underestimate it. Im hit or miss with Neutrogena products but this was a hit for me. Its inexpensive and works well. I would definitely repurchase this cream again and will definitely try other gel creams since they work well on my skin type. -
