Presidents Choice pulled off the flavor perfectly. I used to buy a thai curry chicken and rice plate at a local restaurant and although its slightly strange eatting it in chip form it still tastes good. I find the curry and coconut come through perfectly and are enhanced by the lemon grass and red pepper and other spices. I would like these even more if they were spicy hot but that just comes down to personal preference. These chips are great rippled chips and I love that President's Choice World Of Flavours is always coming out with exciting new flavours. -

I wouldn't recommend these cookies replacing your breakfast on a regular basis but they are perfect for those busy mornings when you're on the go.The box contains five individually wrapped cookie. They are made by Christie which is one of my familys regular snack brand. Each cookie is 190 calories and contains 4 g of fibre and 4 grams of protein. Personally I need more than a cookie to keep me full for breakfast to lunch but you could easily pair this with a yoghurt and fruit to make it more complete.
These cookies are made with real fruit. I found the citrus taste to be light and bearable and the cranberry pieces throughout fast this soft baked cookie a nice taste and added texture. I think if they added walnuts or some other kind of nuts it would be even better upping the nutritional value even more. I also think they could reduce the sugar. Although they dont taste sweet each cookie contains 10 g of sugar. The cranberry orange is the only flavor I tried but im looking forward to trying the other flavours available cause im sure I will enjoy them more.

I was looking into dairy free options and discovered Silk Almond Dark Chocolate. This has such a rich dark chocolate taste and it's smooth velvety texture makes it tastes closer to real chocolate milk than the other non dairy products I have tried. This contains less calories and is cholesterol free. The only thing that disappoints me is it only contains 1g of protein per serving but it's still a good source of calcium and vitamin D. That being said I would highly recommend this to anyone who is lactose intolerant or for those just looking for a healthier milk alternative. -

Years ago my optometrist gave me a sample of systane Ultra for my dry eyes and that has been my brand of choice since. Whenever my eyes start to feel dry I apply two drops in each one and they are left feeling hydrated and refreshed. It is slightly more expensive than some of the other brands but well worth it in my opinion. -

I dont think I haved disliked any of the Dairy Milk bars i have tried so far. The chocolate is smooth and creamy, the squares at easy to break apart to eat on your own or to share with others. The toasted coconut and the crunchy slivers of honey roasted cashews give this chocolate bar a nice texture that is pleasing to the pallet. My husband doesn't usually like coconut but I gave him a piece of this and he thought it was delicious. There's a reason Cadbury Dairy Milk is my favorite brand of chocolate bar. They taste great, have an assortment of flavours and are reasonably priced. -

It comes in break apart squares like the original Dairy Milk but they are more flat. When I tried the first square I was unsure Ireally liked it. I'm a big milk chocolate lover but this had a slight bitterness of cocoa powder. However after the first bite when I got used to the unique taste I found it absolutely delicious. The chocolate was still smooth and creamy and the caramelized hazelnut gave it a nice crunch. I bought it I'm special at Pharmaprix 2 for 4$. I was surprised when I read the nutrition facts and discovered it hasa lot less sodium than the milk chocolate Dairy Milk bars. All the more reason to buy it again. -

The Kirkland Signature Red grapefruit Segments are packaged in slightly sweetened water. I usually don't like packaged fruit because I usually find the water or syrup they place the fruit I is overly sweet for my liking but this one was perfect. It wasn't very sweet but even still I emptied out the water. These are perfect for when I'm feeling lazy as I don't have to peel it and pull it apart. I simply peel back the top and it's ready to eat.
This is an inexpensive snack and an excellent e of vitamin c. Each container I'd 225 ml and contains 269% of your daily vitamin c intake. It's 22 g of sugar per container and 110 calories. Although the sugar levels are high some is natural sugars from the fruit. Even still it is a healthier option than a lot of other snacks. These are great for packing in lunches and for those on the go.

I picked this up at my local grocery store for 2.00$. There's four containers In a pack. They are made with 75% fresh milk so they are stored in the refrigerated section instead of on a shelf. I have to say I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The hazelnut flavor came through nicely enhancing the milk chocolate taste. If Nutella had a pudding this would be it. It isn't as thick as the other puddings I have tried in the past and I assume that's due to the fact that is contains milk but it's still still smooth and creamy and tastes great. I look forward to trying the other flavours available especially the caramel. -

Bananas are a must have in our household. Chiquita bananas are my famiy's brand of choose. We find them to be bigger and wider than other brands of bananas on the market. The second choice is Delmonte and then Dole. They all taste basically the same. I love bananas on their own, in cereal, on ice cream and of course when the start to get darker i use them to make banana bread and other baked goods. Bananas are a good source of pottassium and a sweet but guilt free snack. -
