I’ve tried many pimple patches, and Nexcare stands out for its effective healing and discreet wear. These hydrocolloid patches quickly absorb excess oil and pus from breakouts, helping reduce inflammation and speeding up the healing process. I love how lightweight and transparent they are, making them barely noticeable on my skin during the day, even under makeup.
What I appreciate the most is how they stay firmly in place overnight, unlike some other brands that tend to lift off. After using the patches, I noticed my pimples shrinking significantly without leaving behind scars. They also prevent me from picking at my acne, which is a bonus!

Just like the old formulation, it doesn’t apply streaky and is gentle on sensitive skin. The combination of glycerin, pro-ceramides, and shea butter provides lasting hydration and protection, soothing eczema-prone areas when applied to damp skin.
It is developed by dermatologists and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It’s perfect for both body and face, won’t clog pores, and is free of parabens, phthalates, and dyes.
