First off, the 3-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating is phenomenal. Food slides right out of the pans, making both cooking and cleaning a breeze. The Geoshield™ non-stick technology, infused with copper and crystalline, adds exceptional durability, ensuring that this set will last for years to come.
The heavy-gauge aluminum bodies provide even heat distribution, which has significantly improved the quality of my dishes. The soft-touch bakelite handles are comfortable to grip and stay cool, adding to the overall ease of use. I also appreciate the tempered glass lids, which allow me to monitor my cooking without lifting the lid.
