The leather it creates doesn't bother my girl's eyes and it was not itchy to her. She is happy to be introduced to a new product .recommended to the mothers.

It's not itchy. My girl loved it .it's soft,mild fragrance that does not bother her. The redness is reduced to an extent after a while it's applied.so really recommended
