Anatasia Dipbrow Pomade is the best brow product I've come across so far. It does not smudge at all, I can even go swimming with it without it smudging too much. It's not as convenient as a pencil because you have to have a thin brush/brow brush to apply the product. I have so far had no problems with it drying out. They have a wide range of colours and the formula is easily blendable if you apply the product too heavily. Combined with an eyebrow gel, this product is impenetrable.    -
