Toronto Dominion/Canada Trust has got to be one of the most customer friendly banks out there. I took my children into TD/Canada Trust to open up their own accounts. The CSR who took care of them made them feel as if they were VIP's and she took the time to explain what kind of accounts they had and its various features. They opened a children's account which means they don't pay any service fee. When my son (who is 12) noticed that there was a charge on his account he went into the bank and they were more than happy to reverse the charge as well as put a little interest into his account as well. I was really impressed with the service TD offers and even though my kids accounts don't have very much in them I know they felt like they were important customers of the bank.    -
