Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush

I was extremely fortunate in that I was chosen to test the Oral-B Pulsonic power toothbrush by Chick Advisor and it came in the mail about a week later. If I were to just simply see this product on the shelf, I would probably have not even given it a second thought. At first glance the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush doesn't seem worth the $100 or so price tag that comes with it, in reality it just looks like a typical battery operated toothbrush with an interchangeable tip to reach the "hard to reach" spots. I was a bit skeptical as my first impression figured that there is no way that this toothbrush could clean up to 94% of the surface stains in 2 weeks. So I thought well.....let's get going and put it to the test. I immediately took the toothbrush out and charged it initially for the 12 hours like instructed. The next morning I examined the colour of my teeth and gave them a score of 6 on a scale of 1 being celebrity white to 10 being yellow-brown as shown in the tooth colour chart attached. Being that I have only had the brush for a week I can not comment on the validity of the statement above but my teeth definitely are whiter and now register a 4 on the colour chart after only 7 days. What I can tell you is that I absolutely love the way this toothbrush makes my teeth feel. They definitely have become whiter since I started using it and they feel just like they do when you come out of the dentists office after a cleaning. The first time I used the toothbrush, I used it on the regular setting. The first thing I noticed was that it tickled my lips so much that I almost couldn't get it near my teeth. Once I was able to get used to the "tickling" I found out that this setting was just too strong. I have used teeth whiteners in the past and the chemicals used have rendered my teeth sensitive. Thankfully, the Oral-B Pulsonic has a sensitive setting so I switched it on to that setting...and voila...it was perfect. I followed the instrustions once again to make sure I was using the brush properly making circular motions with the large head, then switching to the tiny head to sweep in between the teeth and along the gum line. I liked that the brush had 30 second interval timing so that you gave equal care to each quadrant of you teeth...also that it had a distinct alert telling you that 2 minutes of the recommended brush time had been reached. I will continue to used this brush and would highly recommend it to all. Thank you Chick Advisor. I would not have "discovered" this fantastic product without you!!!! -

Let me first tell you that I currently own every colour of Mineral Eye shadow that E.L.F. makes. I first came upon the company via a deals website, and boy am I ever glad I did. I originally ordered 4 of the mineral eye shadows in colours: sweet, sassy, elegant and earthy. The sweet colour is by far my favorite of them all. It is a very soft shimmery pink and it absolutely gorgeous. Although sweet is my favorite, I will assure you that I love all the colours in the mineral line. Did I tell you the cost is only $3 a pot?! The pot is the exact same size as the MAC eyeshadow pots for a fraction of the price. Because I loved my first purchase of E.L.F. mineral eyeshadow so much, I went ahead and ordered all of them. I believe there are 20 different colours. I have shared my experience with my girlfriends and every single one of them have ordered and let me know how much they love the product. There are 6 of us and we place one large order at a time to save on shipping. Keep an eye out on their site for specials on their products. They often have 50% off minerals so if you are in the market for some mineral eyeshadow, I highly recommend you try them out. -

I am constanty on the hunt for a great mascara because I have such puny lashes. I saw the Lash Stiletto mascara advertised on tv and thought this would be THE mascara I was looking for. Off to the store I went and purchased the mascara. | was excited to open the mascara and try it out. My first impressions of the mascara were good. The mascara went on smooth and effortlessly...no clumps to be found. It did the job of lenghting my lashes but not to the decree tha tI would have liked. Overall, the product was good...but I am still on the hunt for the perfect mascara.

Always Infinity Pads

I absolutely love this product. Unfortunately, I have an extremely heavy period that had me changing normal pads every 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I think I have tried every brand of pads on the market and none of them really worked for me. I never felt secure wearing any one of them. Until I tried Always infinity, The name says it all. I can go at least 3 hours without a change of pad and totally feel comfortable and at ease. The pad moves with you and is so comfortable you wouldn't think you had a pad on. So far, this is my pad of choice. -
Tide To Go Instant Stain Remover

I happened upon this product at the checkout of my local store and thought the concept was great. .I mean we have all been in a "sticky" situation when we have spilled something on our clothes and did not have a chance to change before an important event. So I purchased it, threw it into my bag and felt at ease knowing I had help just in case. However, Do NOT use this product on whites unless you want a dingy yellow circular stain to be left behind. That is exacty what happend to my Burberry blouse. I had dropped a tiny piece of chocolate right on the front of my blouse and thought to myself that it was ok becasue I had just pourchased my Tide to Go and everything will be ok. So I pulled it out of my bag and followed the instructions on how to remove the small chocolate stain and was relieved to see that initailly, although damp it appeared to have worked. My relief soon turned to diappointment though when the spot dried thoroughly only to reveal a yellowish circular stain. I think this product might be great for darker coloured fabrics as you wouldn't be able to see the residue left behind so I think as long as you are aware of the issue on whites and use it on darker fabrics, this would be a great product. Unfortunately for me....not so good!!!! -

I was very fortunate to receive a small sample to try out and was extremely happy to give it a shot. I had seen the product in the stores but it was way too expensive to take a chance that I would like it and it would work well. I must say that the effectiveness of the product and the small amount needed warrants the price. I applied the sample sparingly under my arm and immediately noticed the nice smooth feel and the beautiful scent of the deodorant. What really surprised me was how long the antiperspirant worked. I usually have to apply antiperspirant at least twice a day but with Secret Clinical Strenght, Once was enough. After being given the opportunity to try the product for free, I have now become a faithful Secret Clinical Strenght user. The price is still a bit steep, but because it works so well and I am not using as much deodorant/antiperspirant I feel that it is still a good value. -
