I took this in the morning as advised but after a few days, I still did not notice a positive effect on my stress or energy levels. Perhaps if I had taken it for a longer period, I would have noticed a benefit.
I found the taste to be masked well by orange juice - I do not advise drinking this mixed with water as the taste is not very palatable.

Unfortunately, I found little to like about this bar.
It didn't nearly satisfy my hunger, so I would not turn to this as a complete meal replacement, and I typically eat small portions. Secondly, the taste was poor and finally, the texture was chalky as I would expect from a traditional protein bar - I had expected more out of a new protein bar.
The only redeeming feature for me was the crunchy 'soy crisps'.
Sadly, i would not purchase or recommend these.

i found this product worked well, except i found it a bit drying.
i had tried a more expensive micellar water before which i didn't find as drying, so i will probably not buy this brand.
i think those with normal or oily skin would probably like this one better than i did.

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I enjoyed the uplifting scent of the moisturizer, which i found to be more of a lotion versus a cream. I supplemented this with another face cream for my undereye and cheek areas, which are drier.
this product also imparts a nice illuminating glow - but did not leave your skin too shiny, which I appreciated.
i didn't notice any fading of my dark spots, however.
i might purchase this product for the summer month but it definitely wasn't moisturizing enough for winter.

this product did just an ok job moisturizing my face overnight. i have dry cheeks and i found that when i awoke, my cheeks did not feel as supple as I had expected (i have tried other face oils in the past and found them to be better at moisturizing). I also was not a fan of the scent of the oil.

I was disappointed to find that this cleansing oil left my skin dry after using, as it is an oil, and other cleansing oils i've tried in the past did not leave my skin feeling dry like this one did.
i think it did an ok job at removing my makeup.

This was my least favourite of the 3 flavours that were sent to me. The chocolate was too sweet for my taste, and the cherry bits did not have much flavour so all I tasted was the sugar mostly. I will not be purchasing this for myself.

I enjoyed the chewy mango bits within the bar - the mango flavour was very intense so i can see fans of mango enjoying this- i didn't taste the coconut; however, the chocolate was too sweet for my taste, so i probably will not be purchasing this for myself.
It did taste like better quality than the typical store bought chocolate candy bar, so i would choose this over the 'cheaper' chocolate varieties out there.

In less than 2 minutes, I was done. Easy. Would have liked more variety of buttons in the package tho (sizes and colours).
Would definitely use these again if I were in a pinch.
