This is my go-to baby shampoo. It is super gentle and completely free of any harsh chemicals. The product itself is perfect. My only complaints are that it is very hard to find - I have to travel to the next city for it, and it is sometimes out of stock. And the price is pretty steep. At over $20 for a 12oz bottle, it can be a little tough to afford at times. But at the same time, I understand that there is cost behind truly clean products and to me, it is worth spending more to put the best, completely non toxic ingredients on my kids. I definitely recommend California Baby products as the best on the market. -

Occasionally I am not able to find my usual California Baby Sensitive formula baby shampoo. In those cases, this is not a bad backup. It is readily available and priced very well. The ingredients aren't quite as clean as the California Baby line, but they are far better than nearly all the common baby shampoos out there, and it is indeed gentle enough for babies. My little ones can use this without getting all dried out. So while this is not my first choice, I'm glad it is there for another, more easily attainable and more cost effective option for gentle baby baths. -

This was gifted to me with my last baby and I made the mistake of leaving it accessible when my mother came to watch my kids for a date night. I got home just after they got their baths and the chemical smell was overwhelming! I was mortified when I reviewed the ingredient list! And my poor baby was so dried out the next day since he wasn't used to being subjected to so many chemicals. Not baby friendly and not green or gentle at all. It went straight in the trash after that. Read read read what goes into a product before it goes on your baby! -
