As a long time sufferer of eczema, I have tried a lot of creams/ointments/lotions/salves etc. The Gold Bond Eczema Relief was the first cream that I found that was affordable and actually helped keep my skin hydrated. It's just the right amount of moisturizing and soaks into the skin without a lot of rubbing. I use it as a total body cream after showers and as a spot treatment when I have flare ups. It is not a cure all, but with regular use I have found that it keeps my skin from getting itchy and dry, especially right out of the shower. The best part is it doesn't feel greasy or oily and I don't have to wait for it to dry before putting clothes on. -

I love this nail polish! I received it in a subscription glam bag and I fell in love. The colour is the perfect mix of a little vampy and a little classy. It goes on so evenly with only one coat. I love that it's cruelty free and non-toxic. This colour will stain your fingers, so be ready for that. But otherwise it's a great formula :) The price tag is a little high but the brand is one worth supporting! -

Arm and Hammer has a few different sensitive skin laundry soaps, but I find this one to be the best. While my skin can handle small amounts of perfume/scents at a time, I prefer not to wash all my clothes in soap that is 90% perfume/scent chemicals. This laundry soap does not smell good and it will not leave your clothes smelling "laundry fresh" but your clothes will be clean and if you have sensitive skin, your skin will not be itchy. If you enjoy heavily scented laundry soap, this is not the soap for you. But for those of you with sensitive skin, I highly recommend it. -

I don't drink beer very often. If I do, it has to be ice cold and very pale. My husband tried this Okanagan Spring 1516 one night while out for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised by it's taste. It's light, the after taste isn't harsh/bitter and it's produced right here in the beautiful Okanagan! It's a nice, refreshing beverage for sitting out on the deck, BBQing some chicken and asparagus and relaxing. If you like to be adventurous with your taste buds, head over to your local liquor store and grab this beer (if you're the appropriate age, of course ;)) -

These are the best tasting protein bars, by far! There is no chalky taste and are great for a before workout snack or just for on the go when you're feeling snacky. I keep one in my purse so I'm not tempted to grab a donut or cookie when I'm out and about. I also always have a few in my gym bag for before working out if I didn't have time to make a smoothie. These bars do contain a small amount of sugar, but significantly less than some other bars out there. I tend to only buy them when they go on rollback at Walmart as I find that's the best deal! -

I love this face mist! It's lightweight, doesn't sit on the skin for too long or cause a drying feeling and it doesn't have an overpowering smell. I find it to be a nice little hydration pick me up in the morning, so it's the first thing I do when I wake up. I also use it as a setting spray over my makeup and through out the day, just to breathe a little life into my face as the day wears on. I have dry, eczema prone skin and have never had any irritation or other skin issues while using it. I paid $20 CAD at the drug store and it will last me a few months. -

If you're looking for a makeup remover that is gentle but will still clean the pesky remnants of whatever day you've had off your face, this is the cleansing balm for you! I have very sensitive, dry, eczema prone skin and it has not caused any irritations. A small amount does away with a whole days worth of makeup and leaves the skin feeling soft and super clean. It does ring in at the higher end of my budget, but when it's this good, I'm willing to pay for it. -
