Yucky it didn't feel like it freshened me up and it most definitely didn't keep body oders away. I tossed it and got me the regular kind which actually helps and works. This one also didn't keep the sweat away. Just yuck! Don't try unless you absolutely 100% can not go with the aluminum one. -

So I do think it's worth it but still steep. I'd totally recommend this product. I find my on the mercari app so it's a tad be less expensive. -
