Every holiday season, Chapstick comes out with some limited edition flavors. This past Christmas (2013) I finally decided to hop onto the "Chapstick Bandwagon" and tried some out. I bought 5 of the limited edition flavors. Candy Cane, Gingerbread Kiss, Cake Batter (my favorite!!), Chocolate Truffle and Red Velvet.
Chapstick lip balms are mainly clear (some have colour, but appear clear on the lips). They are rather thin, and don't help much for chapped lips. But if your lips are just feeling a bit dry - chapstick is perfect to use! It comes in fun flavors (as mentioned above) and the flavors are very true to name. Each flavor isn't "overdone" or overpowering. They don't have a flavor though, only a scent.
This product doesn't dry out your lips, but I do find I have to reapply it every hour or so.
My favorite flavor is the cake batter one, although it was sadly a limited edition flavor. It tastes just like vanilla cake batter... So good!
The Cake Batter scent is my f

I bought this for $0.99 from an Avon Catalog.
This lip balm is awesome! It's a true lip balm - no scents, no dyes, no "extras". Just a plain, thick, moisturizing lip balm. This is perfect for people who have a sensitivity to fragrances or dyes. As an added bonus, it has an SPF of 15 to keep your lips protected from UV rays! (Note, with a new formula being released it will no longer have SPF.)
It immediately moisturizes your lips, and with frequent use will protect against chapped lips. Perfect for those harsh winters! It's a really good lip balm to put over any drying lip products as well such as lip stains or matte lipsticks.
Although it isn't as "fun" as some other lip balms, I always keep this one with me.

After hearing about this product on youtube, I went searching for it. The multitude of flavors (which have remained the same since the store opened, by the way...) and cute bright packaging made me feel like I needed to try them out. I checked out the Blamtastic website, and went to 3 of the stores in my area that show up on their "store locator" just to find out that the stores didn't carry Blamtastic, nor had they for months! The site is terribly outdated, so don't trust them for location info.
By a fluke of luck, I ended up seeing a display of Blamtastic at my local Toys R Us. I paid $3.50 for one lip balm, which I find crazy! I understand it's a novelty company, but the price tag for a single tube of lip balm is insane! This product is geared more towards children The lip balm contains SPF 15 in it which is perfect for summer. It's a fun way to keep your kids protected from sunburnt lips!
I chose the flavor/scent "Frenetic Frizz - Orange Soda - For Boys". The packaging is super cute and very child friendly. My only complaint is that it says "for boys" right on the package. I personally don't mind, because I'm a grown adult. But I feel like if I was to give this product to a girl they might not appreciate it because it specifically says "for boys". They also have ones "for girls". I guess it's to add to the novelty of it, but I don't like it. I feel like it tells children that they can only use a certain flavor because it's deemed for their gender.
The flavor is mild, but true to name. It certainly does taste like orange soda - minus the fizzy bit. Although this balm does have a weird texture, it's got a grainy/sugar feel to it. That grainy feel doesn't go away on the lips either, it sticks around. The balm isn't super thick, or very moisturizing. But it isn't bad either.
Overall, It's an overpriced lip balm with no real claim to fame other than the novelty of it for children. I won't be buying another one, for myself or any of the children in my life.

I purchased this item for $1.89 in the old packaging (I know they've been repackaged, hence the clearance).
I wish I'd been able to smell this product before I bought it, because as soon as I got it home and took off the cap the grossest smell filled my nose. It smelled like a mix of melting plastic and burnt hair. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, if the lip butter had expired or if that's what it was actually meant to smell like? It was disgusting and I immediately threw it into the trash.
It's quite a nice balm if you have dry chapped lips, it's very thick and moisturizing. It also makes your lips slightly shiny (not glittery, though). The moisture lasts quite a long time and you don't have to reapply this product very often.
I'd recommend it if you are just dying to try a Yes To -- Product, but there are much better alternatives out there. Even vegan friendly ones! Skip over this one for sure!

It smells very "vegan"ish (if you know what I mean? It's that weird scent most vegan products tend to carry..) mixed with a TON of menthol. Not the typical mint smell, but pure menthol. Like the sinus rub smell. The smell is disgusting and it unfortunately lasts quite a while on the lips.

If it was possible to give an item 0 stars, this would be the item to do that to.
I bought this set on Amazon for $5, which is super cheap for a nail stamping set (KONAD goes for 40ish). But this isn't even worth the $5. It doesn't come with any discs (They have to be purchased seperately at $12 a set)
The first issue is that the image discs aren't deep enough to hold any polish! When you use the scraper, it takes all the polish off and there's nothing to transfer! Another issue is that the scraper it comes with has a metal edge to use on a metal plate - this causes deep scratches and essentially ruins the disc. I replaced mine with an old expired gift card... Same problem - it gets rid of all the polish.
When I finally managed to keep a bit of the polish in the disc, and put it on the stamper... It barely showed up. The stamper is too hard to pick up any of the image. I tried pressing it onto my nail and it looked super faded - almost like I didn't put anything there in the first place!
Honestly, this set is such a waste of money. It's terrible! Don't buy it!

After being practically forced to buy this by one of Lush's notoriously pushy sales people, I decided I'd give it a shot. It claims to deep clean, exfoliate, brighten and refreshen. It did none of these things for me.
The mask is a weird pastel green colour, and it has broken up aduki beans in it to exfoliate. These beans didn't exfoliate my skin at all, and usually just ended up falling off my face as I was washing it, and collecting in the bottom of the sink or tub. Which just made a mess that I had to clean up after.. Ugh!
The smell is very minty, which caused my eyes to burn and water every time I used this product.
Each time I'd use this product my face would end up looking exactly the same as it did before I washed it. It might've felt a bit cleaner and oil free, but it didn't do anything for my acne or my imbalanced skin.
WATCH THE EXPIRY DATE. No longer than a week after the product had expired, I tried to use it again (I kept the product in the fridge, which it suggests you do...) It burned my skin! It felt like I was putting acid onto my face. I immediately washed it off and my skin was red and sensitive to the touch for 24 hours afterwards.
Make sure you wash out the container when you're done using it - or when it expires. I left mine on the counter and kept putting off washing it out. A month after it had expired, I opened it to wash it out and it smelled rotten. I can't imagine what rotted in it, but I don't think I want to know.
I'll keep the container for my free mask, but I'll never purchase it again. Such a waste of money (and LUSH products are NOT cheap, nor do they ever go on sale!)

Birthday Cake M&M;'s aren't what I was expecting. I was rather disappointed, to be honest... But then again, what exactly does "birthday cake" taste like?
These M&M;'s are twice as large as the regular ones (thickness and width), and only come in 3 colours (red, blue and yellow). I think the colours in these are a bit more vibrant and edgy when compared to the regular ones.
They taste just a bit sweeter than the regular M&M;'s but have the same texture with the typical candy coating that cracks and reveals smooth REAL mars milk chocolate inside. The flavor a cross of regular M&M;'s mixed with old chocolate icing. There certainly is an 'icing' type flavor to them, but it doesn't taste too realistic. More like a sugary "fake icing" type.
They certainly aren't worth the extra money over the originals, and they don't have anything special about them other than the fancy new packaging. But the novelty may be worth it to some - how cute would these be for a birthday gift?!

I purchased this product at Shoppers Drug Mart when it was on sale for $2.99 (It's normally $3-$5 depending on where you buy it) and used a $2 off printable coupon available from Dove Canada's facebook page. I then used a $1.50 rebate from Checkout 51. That means not only was this purchase free, but I also earned $0.51 on it!
I got the scent "Nectarine & White Ginger" which smells wonderfully of nectarines, but I didn't smell much ginger in it. It's a pleasant and light fragrance which doesn't linger after you get out of the shower. The wash is creamy and thick, but turns into a gorgeous luxurious lather when used with a shower pouf.
My skin was soft afterwards and I didn't feel like I needed to use a lotion. Although if it was winter or you have dry skin, I'd recommend using a light moisturizer after you use this product. My skin didn't feel tight or constricted at all.
All in all, it's a good product. But I'd wait for a sale to roll around before purchasing it.
