I absolutely love Second Cup; it is my go-to cafe/coffee shop. The service is always outstanding, the quality of the food and beverages are great and I love that it is a Canadian company. The prices are on par with other specialty coffee places and I find the quality of their items exceed many others. I love their seasonal menus and am constantly pleased with their new menu items. -

I have IBS and I use these when I start feeling symptoms. It's a great product that works pretty well most of the time. So, for someone without IBS and who just needs help digesting sometimes, I'm sure this is a 5 star product. For those looking for something to receive IBS symptoms after eating, this is a great probiotic to try! It's natural, inexpensive and will likely lead to good results.
My ONLY complaint about this product is that the capsules (which I love that they've made vegetarian) stick to your mouth the second they come into contact with saliva and gives a faint, but unpleasant taste.

This is a pretty good sugar-free syrup! No sugar free syrups are absolutely amazing, so that has to be kept in mind when trying such syrups. Nonetheless, this one tastes pretty great when you make a latte with it (especially a coffee latte because the coffee has a stronger taste that mixes better with the syrup). It has a distinct (artificial) vanilla flavour, while many just taste like chemicals and actually spoil the taste of your drink. I'm very satisfied with syrup, and will continue to use it! -

I love Greek yogurt and so I figured I would also love how thick this yogurt is. However, I found it to be a bit too tart for my liking and while it was nice and thick/creamy, it was a different texture than greek yogurt and I wasn't too fond of it. It was not BAD by any means, just different and in a way that let me down a bit. I may try this product again, in a different flavour as I don't want to write it off completely. It definitely should be considered its own product and not one that is similar to greek yogurt as such an expectation may lead to a letdown! -

This milk is so tasty! I sometimes use it in my tea instead of plain milk and it is so tasty! I haven't used it for anything else, but I imagine it would be amazing in milkshakes or in baking recipes. Maple is definitely a distinct flavour but as a milk, it is certainly versatile. -

I love the idea of this milk. I always have almond milk in my fridge and this seemed like it would be so much tastier with the blend of three nut milks. However, I find it somehow to be much more watery than Dream almond milk. I did not like it as much with my cereal or in my smoothies as I found it didn't add taste so much as it watered everything down. -

I love Timmies bagels and this one is my absolute favourite. I love the taste of the tomato with the asiago cheese. The asiago cheese (as opposed to a more subtle cheese) adds such amazing flavour to a type of food that is typically plain. The tomato flavour is swirled into the dough itself as well is on top of the bagel, embedded in the melted cheese. I do find this bagel to be a bit more dense than the four cheese, which is more fluffy, which is a bit unfortunate for my preferences. But it is still amazing and my go to. -

My favourite breakfast on the go! I absolutely LOVE Tim Horton's bagels and this one is a favourite. The cheese on top provides a subtle, yet distinct flavour that is amazing with the warm, soft doughy texture of the bagel. They are really large and thus filling, which is great when you need something fast to fill you up. Sometimes I have to convince myself to just make my own breakfast in the morning rather than run out to get one of these on my way to work or school. Definitely a good choice (and much better than the regular flavoured bagels). -

I have tried a few flavours of Oatmeal Crisp, this flavour being the most recent. I'm not a huge fan of this cereal, but I always hear rave reviews so I often feel inclined to give them another try, hoping to find a great flavour. Unfortunately, I just don't understand the hype. I find these cereals are mostly just sugared flakes with other ingredients (in this case berries) scarce at best. I think I'm just going to move onto other cereals now. The quality and taste is just not impressive, especially given its price point which is similar to other, much better cereals. -

Quaker oatmeal is a staple in my pantry. It is not the best, nutritious variety of oatmeal, but it is tasty and satisfying! I love the variety of flavours it comes in. The maple is my top favourite but I also love the more child-friendly flavours like cookies n cream. When I want plain oatmeal so I can add my own ingredients, I buy the plain individual packaged oatmeal, and it is the perfect amount. I also love that they consistently come out with new products (high fibre, cranberry-almond flavour). Quaker is great at keeping oatmeal interesting. -
