Since colouring my already fine hair, my hair has now become quite brittle and I get a lot of hair fall out and very dry ends. Living in a polluted and hard water area doesn't help either! This shampoo & conditioner have been the only ones which have had any sort of effectiveness in combating these issues. My hair feels softer, less brittle and although I still do have some fallout (inevitable since I have long & fine hair) it is much less than when I use any other shampoo. I find it also only really falls out when I comb through my hair with the conditioner in when I'm in the shower, rather than around the house or on my sofa when I use other shampoos. So it also helps out my hoover ha!

I would definitely recommend this shampoo & conditioner. I wouldn't say they've eliminated all problems, I think I would need treatments to sort these so don't expect miracles. However as far as shampoo & conditioner goes, these are definitely the best I've tried so far. Nowadays I'm having to use tonal shampoo & coniditoner for my coloured hair, but I find that if I wash with this shampoo first and then my blue shampoo, the colouring of the blue shampoo is also more effective.    -
