I work in a group home and try to use only natural remedies. When our boys have truble sleeping we use Melatonin. It works great and the price is great. My son had the same issues at bedtime and would not fall asleep until close to midnight. I put him on Melatonin for 30 days to help him get back into a proper sleep routine. It worked great. -
