I have overly sensitive teeth due to loss of enamel. This loss is from a number of things; the few times I tried teeth whitening strips (never again, ouch!), years of having braces, and an auto immune disorder that makes me sick to my stomach frequently. I use this when my teeth are feeling particularly sensitive, and during the winter - I find when it is really cold out, even breathing winter air hurts! It works really well to help with sensitive teeth. I also know that Colgate gives out multiple samples of pro-relief a year. I typically get 4-6, and they are generous samples (same as travel sized). Check their website chicks! -

Definitely prefer these to regular floss. -

Works just as well as any Salon product I've used. I typically like John Frieda products- They are quality and affordable at the same time. It does calm flyaways for me. I just find that like most others, I can't really use this where I really need it - at my roots - as it makes my hair look greasy if I do. I would rank this 5/5 if I could use it to tame the frizz and baby hairs at my roots. -

Biotin is a product where you have to weigh the benefits with the drawbacks for me. I took it to try and remedy hair thinning from taking an immune suppressant biologic medication for a chronic illness, to try and save my very long, typically thick hair. While it did eventually slow down my hair loss, and bring a little shine back to my dulling hair, it caused a pretty horrific cystic acne breakout for me. I am still battling it three months later, just finding it slowing down now. People will argue that it causes acne, that there's no proof that it does, and that if FIGHTS acne (oddly enough) - I can only tell you of the 2 times I've been on Biotin, I've ended up with the worst breakouts of my life, and I typically only have very mild acne.
But for helping slow my hair loss, I have to say the benefit outweighed that for me. Hopefully I don't have to use this again though.

I actually received this free - my boss purchased it and tried it once and it wasn't her cup of tea as it was too light, so she gave it to me. I honestly wasn't too impressed using it as a foundation. I find it too dry in areas because of my combination skin. It can leave areas looking patchy. And if I have dry spots anyway, it becomes like a spotlight for flaky skin. But I found use for it as a concealer. I like using it for under eyes and a bit on my t-zone for a bit of oil control. It works well enough for this purpose. -

I bought this honestly because I needed a foundation - my other CG foundation love, 2 in 1 tone rehab, was too pricey for me at this time of year, and I was also in a rush. I hadn't seen this one before, it was at the right price at the time and they had the lightest shade still available. I bought it on impulse and was really pleasantly surprised. The coverage is great, it has staying power, it leaves my skin feeling nice and soft, doesn't leave harsh edges, and a little goes a long way. I may have a new top contender here! -
Like others - wanted to like it, but found it pretty "meh" across the board. It didn't really live up to some of the CG line for me, the only benefit I really found was my skin felt nice? But the coverage was meh, the tone wasn't quite right, and it... +

I'm on the fence about this one - I like the oil control aspect because I have combination skin. The price is also nice. I find the coverage not so great, especially compared to some of the rest of the CG range. I also find that if I don't spend a lot of time blending the edges, it leaves a line. A girlfriend of mine uses CG Clean Liquid exclusively and I always notice a line on her jaw and by her ears. I tell her if it's really bad to blend it a bit. -

Honestly, I love Smashbox products - they may be pricey, but generally the quality makes it more than worth the extra $$. I purchased this at Shopper's when I was in a desperate phase - I couldn't find a foundation with any staying power, and I wanted something to brighten up my pale winter skin. There were no testers available, but this is generally the case when purchasing Smashbox anywhere but Sephora for me. I picked the lightest shade available, which was #1 or #2, can't remember. I have used this ONCE, and regretted it. It was pure YELLOW on my skin. I have a yellow undertone anyways, but this was awful! It was also really difficult to get off, and trust me, I wanted it off. Really disappointed. I am now too wary to try another Smashbox foundation - this was way too much money to throw away for me. -

I bought this at Babies R Us, like another reviewer, for a baby shower gift. I loved the idea of it being something that could be used from newborn to toddler. I hate purchasing something that I know is going to have limited use because baby is going to grow right out of it in a heartbeat. The price was around $25 for me, but I still found that pretty darn reasonable. I didn't even know about the colour changing plug aspect, that's a neat feature. I'm sure it's on the packaging, I purchased mine online and didn't see that in the description. -
