I also used to be lactose intolerant, and while I grew out of it, if I drink more than half a glass of real dairy milk, I get really queasy. So for the most part, I drink almond milk. That being said, this isn't my favourite type, and it is a little pricier than the others (which can be pretty pricey anyway). -
