If you love the taste of peanuts, this is the bar for you! I couldn’t taste anything BUT the peanuts in-fact; the chocolate was non-existent. The serving size is great for a snack - it was done in 3 bites. With 190 calories, 11g of fat, 21g of carbs and 9g of sugar in it though, I would much rather eat something else that will keep me satisfied longer, without all the sugar and corn syrup as ingredients 2 and 3 on the list. -

The photo on the bag shows what looks to be a regular size cereal bowl of oats, beside an apple. Great right? It looked tasty on the package!
After I waited 3 minutes and smelled what seemed like metallic apples coming from my microwave, I had a great laugh when I took the puffy-air-filled pouch from the nuker. The contents had settled to the bottom on the stand-up pouch, and barely looked like anything was there!
I poured the oats into a bowl, and voila! 5 spoons of oats! A breakfast serving fit for a 3 year old! It sure doesn’t look like the picture on the package! This serving size packs 160 calories, 2g of fat, 32g of carbs, and 6g of sugar in its tiny little pouch! 😮
The oats, apples and barley tasted very metallic, as cooked apples sometimes do, but it was still edible, albeit dried out. Cooking it in a bowl with milk instead of the pouch might make it more moist.
Overall, somewhat edible, tiny serving size, and not cost-effective. I believe the package of two pouches was approximately $5.

Let’s face it... Winter skin sucks. I wish I could live in a moisturized suit for 5 months. Products from Eucerin make my life easier, and the Eucerin Intensive Lip Balm is a life saver. It’s easy to apply, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t have a weird “aftertaste.” Applying the Eucerin Intensive Lip Balm a few times a day has got my dry, cracked, and red lips back to their non-Winter normal.
I wish the 10ml tube wasn’t so expensive though, as I can go through a tube in a week when it’s super dry and cold out.

I received this product free to try, and I was impressed! Living in Newfoundland, the Winter always leaves my skin dry, scaly, and very dull. I experiment with creams, lotions, and ointments, as well as prescriptions from my Dr every year, with good enough results to just get by.
I’ve used the Hydro Boost for 2 weeks now, and my arms and legs are significantly softer, and less scaly. The light and delicately scented (kinda minty with a hint of cucumber) light-weight lotion rubs in easily, and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on the skin. It’s not sticky, and the lotion is also kind of cooling, almost like an Aloe Vera gel. I can get dressed within a minute of applying the gel cream, unlike some others that are so rich and emollient, I have to wait 5 minutes or more to resist getting my clothes wet.
If I was to buy this in a store, the $8.99 would be a great value, as similar creams from more “premium” brands are $17.99 or more, and sometimes for smaller sized bottles. The pump on the bottle makes it very easy to apply, and easy to keep the outside of the bottle clean as well.
I would definitely recommend you try this product if you have problem Winter skin like I do! It would of course work all year round too, but let’s be honest, more moisturizing definitely happens when it’s dry and cold out!

I have combination skin, and found these to be the right texture to feel like it's cleaning, while the citrus scent is energizing and invigorating.... great for mornings or that after gym pick me up! Unlike some other cleansing wipes, the opening of the package stays closed properly, and doesn't leak all over your gym bag.
I found this to be a great product, with not a huge price tag.

It feels a little greasy at the beginning, but as the day goes on, it gets better, and I found my hair to be touchable, without leaving my hands a greasy mess. Oh, and it smells good too!!
It didn't work the greatest at keeping my frizz down, but honestly...... I've tried lots of products because I don't think there's anything that can tame my mop other than a flat iron.... and that's not happening!

This Cranberry Almond crunchy granola is a nice, refreshing change to instant oatmeal. I found that I enjoyed it more if I microwaved it for a minute and a half, instead of the recommended 30 secs on the package, and that still didn't make it mushy.

These bars make for a nice light snack, especially if you are craving something chocolate or crunchy. They come as 2 bars per package, and are a great size to take with you on hikes, practices, or to school or work. The best vale for your dollar is at Costco, but grocery stores like Sobey's put them on sale pretty frequently too. The ONLY downside to these? The Chia seeds get stuck in your teeth, so have a toothbrush handy. -

These are the healthiest lemon bars I have ever had, dare I say they could be borderline dessert! They are THAT good!! At only 90 calories per bar, they are a good size for that before-lunch or mid-day snack, and are super portable and will fit anywhere. Costco has the best value for your money, but all the Fibre1 bars go on sale at grocery stores pretty often too. -
