Tums antacid assorted berries
I used tums during my entire pregnancy as it is considered pregnancy safe and I found it extremely effective in reducing heartburn. The assorted berries flavour is great, and it doesn’t leave a chalky aftertaste.

I am pregnant with my first child and wanted to find a good but safe product to use on my growing belly. I heard bio-oil is good for stretch marks, but made sure to ask my OB if it was pregnancy safe before use. I have been using it since 20 weeks... +
I am pregnant with my first child and wanted to find a good but safe product to use on my growing belly. I heard bio-oil is good for stretch marks, but made sure to ask my OB if it was pregnancy safe before use. I have been using it since 20 weeks. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and have zero stretch marks or itchy skin. I love the way it absorbs quickly into the skin, and it also doesn’t leave an oily residue when it comes into contact with my clothing. Best part is a little goes a long way. -
