Both my mom and I used this product and we had different results. It took all of my moms hairs. My moms never had her legs waxed before, and she said it wasn't very painful and she wants to keep using this product! My legs are very healthy and my hairs weren't that long so it didn't grasp the hairs enough. I also didn't feel much pain.
After I took the tub out of the microwave, the instructions didn't help, it wasn't hot enough. I had to re-heat it. It was also stringy and hard to work with, but for an at home wax it was what I expected.
I do recommend this product if you want to wax at home, though it would seem very time consuming to do it all myself.
