I had bright blonde/white/platinum hair, so when I decided to go back to my natural brown/dark brown colour I was expecting to go orange first thinking that normal brown hair dye will not cover it. I was wrong! this stuff took me back to my dark brown shade in one session. it was darker then the advertised colour, but I like it just the same. In addition, this stuff is not a box dye, its more of a professional dye and you can tell! my hair does not feel dry or dead like box dye would. (BTW make sure to do your research when deciding what peroxide to use. I used 10 vol as I was going darker). -

Yes, it removes brassiness, but in doing so it does leave your hair very grey depending on the shade you started with. Honestly this product is more of a salon strength toner, then a shampoo so use with caution if this is not the look you're going for. It will stain your hands/scalp for a short period of time.
I would also suggest using a deep conditioner every week or so, being this bright blonde is not good for your hair and often with use of this product leaves it feeling dry. Ice cream has a nice leave in conditioner treatment that goes alone with this line and it works wonders. :) hope this review helped!
