This milk is rich and creamy and very smooth. It is a fat free milk that does not taste lactose free or reduce fat. I used it for drinking and cooking and it’s great. I have already been recommending this brand and I have switch to this product after learning that my family has high cholesterol. I am so impressed because you could never guess this is lactose free and reduced fat.    -
