I got my mixer at Christmas one year and I have been using it for everything! I bake a lot and I found my cakes/cupcakes to me more tender and moist and I also love mixing my ingredients when I do a meat loaf or meat balls, keeps it fluffier because I'm not over mixing it.
I cannot wait to buy and try the pasta attachments!

One of my favorite summer time dessert drink. They taste just like a frozen hot chocolate. It's basicly just a chocolate milk slushy, topped with a chocolate whipped cream and chocolate syrup. It is very sweet and definitely an occasional treat. I find the small is the perfect amount and i order it without syrup to cut down on the sweetness. -
