This was a much appreciated tea since I received it during a cold. It made my throat feel pampered and cared for. The taste of cinnamon was really nice and strong and eased my raw and tickly throat. The effects lasted for a long time. It felt like my throat wasn't as sore after drinking it. I used it all through my cold and relied less on over the counter medication because it soothes. I think it is good for my skin because of the yogurt inside. A little goes a long way so it is economical. I used a loofah, but I am sure it would work with a simple cloth. I got this for free but intend to buy when this is used up. The only thing is that I wish there was more scent. Highly recommended. -
