My cat enjoys getting brushed by the Furminator and always closes his eyes and stretches out. Brushing with the Furminator deShedding Tool does not hurt the cat. The Furminator deShedding Tool has an economic handle that is easy to use. The only downfall I have is the head of the brush is a bit small so after each brush I have to take the hair out of the Furminator. This could be because my cat is a long hair cat. -
