Having a mini can is perfect for me because I can enjoy a glass of Sprite without the full calories. The Sprite does have quite a bit of sugar but is not really sweet. The can colors of green and yellow stick out on the shelf. The Sprite can is easy to open. -

I tried the Listerine Ultraclean mouthwash and l was very happy with the results. I added the mouthwash to my brushing and flossing routine and use it twice a day. My mouth has a nice clean and minty freshness that lasts a long time. I’ve not had cavities in a while and this mouthwash has helped. It kills 99.9% of germs and has no alcohol in the mouthwash. I have also seen a difference in my gums being healthier. Adding mouthwash to my oral care routine makes me feel confident that l am taking care of my oral hygiene. I would recommend this alcohol-free mouthwash to anyone 12 and over who wants a clean and refreshing mouth with no germs. -

I was looking for an easy, go to, and healthy snack. I came across the Blender Bites pucks. They came in two flavours: Green D-Tox and Vita Smoothie. I have tried them as a meal and snack by just adding water. The Green D-Tox Blender Bites tastes like mangos. With all the organic fruits and vegetables, it was rather tasty mainly tasting like mangos. The Vita Smoothie Blender Bites tastes like apples, peaches, and strawberries. It satisfied my sweet tooth without adding any sugar. In reading the sugar/fibre ratio, this drink would be too high in sugar for diabetics. If more fiber was added, it would slow the absorption of sugar. Both Green D-Tox and Vita Smoothie have chia seeds inside. The chia seeds were well ground and fine so it was not gritty or there were no chia seeds stuck in my teeth. I blended the Blender Bites in a Nutri-Bullet and then drank them as directed right away. Even when I did not have a blender or time, I put the Blender Bites in a tight fitted travel mug with the water inside and brough it to work. I gave it a shake and it was a perfect drink without a blender. It is hard to believe how great tasting the Green D-Tox and Vita Smoothie were considering all the ingredients were organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten free, and no sugar added. The Blender Bites are recommended for anyone who wants to eat healthy and have a quick snack/meal without a grocery cart full of fruits and vegetables. -

It has a rubber grip so it is easy to write with. The plastic clip snapped when it was in my pocket, but the pen always writes and has a lot of ink. I am overall happy with this pen. -
