The product was sticky and tacky, especially after attempting to rub in the excess moisture. There are some non-synthetic ingredients that make this mask attractive, but promising to ‘perfect’ the skin is something this mask doesn’t fulfill.
I will not be purchasing this again. There are other sheet masks that are similar and yet the price is lower.

First of all, I purchase from LUSH because they meet my ethical standards and sustainability standards.
The packaging: simple, and non-virgin (recycled) plastic that can be redeemed for a free Fresh Face Mask as part of their 5 Black Pot return program. You can tell they don’t invest in their packaging beyond ensuring it’s a container.
The ingredients: mostly non-synthetic ingredients. Synthetics inside include emulsifiers, and preservatives. The ingredients, as far as I can tell, are organic, and most are cold-pressed. Sustainability can be traced for some of their ingredients via searching on the LUSH website.
The feeling: light, airy, and not sticky. The product absorbs immediately on contact, yet spreads across the skin easily. Just a dab is all you need. Light under makeup, yet you can still feel the suppleness throughout the day; you know you moisturized!

But I gave it a go.
It smooths on very well, and you need less than a pea size (the recommended amount as per directions) to give full coverage. It is a light moisturizer, so for dryer skin your best bet is to use a serum underneath, or use a secondary moisturizer at the beginning/end of your day.
The ingredients are nice; there are some non-synthetic ingredients that make the product attractive. How effective they are, based on scientific research, is much to be desired. The synthetics inside the products make it feel very smooth!
The first ingredient is water, so keep that in mind when you purchase this product that most of your money is paying for water. There’s also alcohol inside, but it’s near the end on the ingredient list.
I am unsure if Tatcha has sustainable sourcing for ingredients.
Their packaging is excessive, and probably drives up the price. It’s made of virgin (new) plastic, and has a plastic spoon included as an applicator. The box has a secondary box inside which holds the product, and finally a rice paper wrapping that surrounds the product itself, detailing the company’s geisha history.

It’s definitely preference: if you want a dewy application, don’t warm your fingers, but if you prefer a creamy consistency then follow the directions.
Overall, the product spreads really well; just a few dabs on cheeks and forehead and you have full face coverage. The feeling afterwards is supple and smooth, and it stays that same texture throughout the whole day.
The product says that you don’t need to reapply the sunscreen throughout the day, but I’d suggest doing it anyway especially if your skin is sweating. Better to be safe than sorry.

A mascara designed for short and straight lashes, and delivers on its promise of curling and lifting them with no clumping. Excellent volume for a fiberless mascara, and the formula dries fast and doesn’t flake.
The only downfall is the packaging looks cheap. But I understand the design and where it’s coming from (retro!).

The price is amazing, at 3 for $5 CAD. The quality of the sheet itself was excellent, and resisted tearing.
However, the ingredients weren’t the greatest to sooth the skin. Definitely made my skin softer, but whether it was because of my cleanser or not is the question (I use an oil and beeswax based cleanser). The ingredients are a bit irritating, and I found that after 2 minutes I had to remove it. I have tried another Life brand sheet mask, the royal jelly one, and that left the same feeling.
So far I am not impressed.
