This brow powder duo is effective but it does require a certain level of skill to look natural. I love how you can contour your brows for a natural look (lighter towards the center and darker towards the tail) however the powders are very pigmented and it's easy to overdue it. A little goes a long way and you want to make sure that you blend it in with a spoolie. Once on, the powder lasts all day. -

The finish is gorgeous (satin) but it does take some finess to apply them correctly. The applicator can make lining your lips a bit challenging so it's best to use a brush to define your lips. -

The one thing I don't like about this mascara is that there is no safety seal or outer packaging. There is no way to tell whether it has been used or tampered with. -

I haven't experienced any flaking with it and it is indeed water resistant. I found it lengthens and separates but doesn't add much volume. I love this mascara for day to day and for no makeup makeup looks. -

I wouldn't say that it gives a dewy finish - I find that it just sets your makeup the way it is. If you wear it on top of matte foundation it won't give you a dewy look. I do find it can spray a bit heavy, leaving drops in my face. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. -

This is my holy-grail eye cream. It's super hydrating and suitable for my sensitive eyes. This eye cream is thick and rich but absorbs quickly into the skin. The hydration is long lasting and it wears beautifully under makeup which is super important to me. I buy the smaller size (15mls) and it lasts me just under 6 months with twice daily use. I can't recommend this cream enough! -

This volume treatment is by far the best one I've ever used (and I've used many!) One pump is enough for a bit of volume and two or three will get me lots of lift at the roots and volume throughout my hair. I apply it to damp hair and then blow dry with my head upside down. I find that the use of a round brush on my hair helps to style as well as add lots of volume on the ends. It helps to lock in my style and it lasts the whole day. I love this stuff! -

I'm very impressed with this lightener! I'm no stranger to at home lightening kits and this is by far the best one I've ever used. I have medium brown hair that pulls red and whenever I've tried to bleach my hair at home it's been a disaster. I usually end up with orange, yellow and white hair that is patchy and hard to correct. I bought this on a whim after deciding I need ombre hair. My hair has some old permanent and semi-permanent dye in it so I was expecting uneven results. I was wrong!
After leaving this on the ends of my hair for 45 minutes I rinsed and conditioned it. To my surprise, it lifted my colour evenly. Is it brassy? Yes it is, but it's an easy fix with toner.
My results were far better than I expected. If my hair was virgin hair I probably wouldn't have gotten brassy, just yellow. The best part is that my hair feels great and isn't damaged at all.
If you have dark hair and want to lighten it, I suggest giving this lightener a try!

Batiste Beautiful Brunette keeps my hair looking clean in between washes without leaving a white film on my hair. I often struggle with traditional dry shampoo because the white powder is so hard to hide. This shampoo is tinted brown and isn't noticeable in my hair at all, which means it takes me even less time to freshen up (no need to over brush to hide the powder). It smells nice and adds a little volume to my hair which is an added bonus. I received this free from ChickAdvisor and Batiste but I will be purchasing it again (and again) once my sample runs out! -
