I love Annabelle Cosmetics and this lipstick is a new fav for me. I've tried 3 different colours and they all apply great. They aren't very drying, they are very pigmented and they're almost matte with a bit of shine and gloss to them so your lips don't get dry as much. I've gotten compliments on "Kinky Pink" which is my favourite of the colours I've tried but the range has great colours. You do get a bit of transfer but they aren't a stain so you can't complain much, it's just about the same wear as a lipstick. I find that even when it's wearing a bit and seems nearly gone I still have a nice pop of colour on my lips which I like. It doesn't have a bad taste or smell or a scent that's over the top(like some).
They are nearly $10 which may be much for a drugstore lipstick but it doesn't hurt to try something new. I definitely recommend them!

I was looking for a new shampoo to try after using a different line that I didn't like. I wanted something that was cheap but worked well and then I found this at Wal-Mart. What drew me in was the quantity of product that you get as well as the price. For around $2.50 CAD you get a 1L bottle of shampoo! That was a big plus for me so I took a closer look at the bottle.
The one I purchased came with a pump, which I like for the ease of use. The bottle is recyclable and the shampoo is 95% biodegradable (for all of us who like to 'go green'!) Not only that but the shampoo is also never tested on our animal friends!
This shampoo is silicone free and contains no dyes or parabens. The formula IS enriched with Vitamins C, E and B5 and contains added UV protectors.
All of those things helped to convince me to give this shampoo a try, at $2.50 what do you have to lose?
I tried it at a time when I was using some hair products that didn't really work for my hair...I went back to an old shampoo I liked (Herbal Essences) but then decided to give this a try and I really liked it. It smells great, for one, although I do sometimes wish the smell was even stronger in my hair. Again, the amount of product you get is great and I've been on the same bottle for a few months now and its probably about half way done. I've heard some complaints about biodegradable shampoo not lathering well but I didn't find much of a problem with this shampoo and it did make my hair feel great. I do often use a hair mask after shampooing but even when I skip it my long, thick hair is pretty manageable. Plus this is a shampoo for all hair types!
I suggest this shampoo to anyone looking for a shampoo that will last you a while, not cost a lot and still make your hair feel good, all while helping the environment! I will definitely repurchase it in the future!

I have tried 5 different facial masks from this brand, so instead of single reviews for each this is a general review since the outcomes were pretty similar for each.
You can buy these masks at Wal-Mart for a little under $4 CAD and it is a tube that is 150 mL (or 16 fl. oz), which is a really good size compared to other masks I have tried/seen. And they really do last you especially if you have more than one. The size and price for these are great!
A little extra info: "Made with natural, botanical ingredients, Freeman Feeling Beautiful is a full range of skin and body care products to help you look and feel your best." These great masks also do NOT test on animals. Some of these will say if they are better for t-zone, oily, etc, I have combo skin and I just use any mask depending on if I like the scent and if they are pore cleansing but some people may pay more attention to that sort of thing.
Here's what I've tried:
-Peel-Off Mask - Cucumber (Clarifies & renews skin)
-Detoxifying Mask- Chocolate & Strawberry (Deep Pore Cleansing)
-Clay Mask -Mint & Lemon (Deep pore cleansing)
-Clay Mask- Avocado & Oatmeal (Purges pores, firms and smooths skin)
-Anti-Stress Mask- Dead Sea Minerals (Purifies and clears pores)
I have to first say the peel off is my least favourite but I generally like all 5 of these.
I haven't been using these incredibly often although I`ve used them on and off a bunch of times. I usually use them when I want a deeper than usual clean and I definitely get results. I've been getting even better results than normal lately with these and so I've been thinking of increasing my use of them.
All of them smell FANTASTIC. Seriously.
When using these wait until they are completely dry before you wash them off, they will get pretty dry and you may feel your face tighten as it dries more, at least I have when using them. I also notice that while it is on, your little covered blackheads look like they are popping out under the mask!
The last several times I've gotten some really great results. First I washed my face, then I used one of these masks. Immediately after washing off the mask, I put on a pore nose strip (Biore). Some people say they don't work well, I think differently. After using this little tag team and taking off the pore strip it's crazy how many blackheads have been removed, for one, I`ve never seen the strips work so well. I feel the masks help give that extra push to open and push them up and out and the strips lift them out easier.
After using these masks (and especially with strips, though I don't always use pore strips along with the masks) my face feels extra smooth and very clean. I really do love and recommend these and I'm always kind of wanting to try Freemans other products.

I'm always looking for stuff to eat at work over the boring food hall food and this was such a good and tasty find. I bought it on sale (may also be regular price) at Walmart for about $2 CAD and for the price it's great compared to most lunches you'd be buying. I've even had it as a quick dinner. Although it isn't always filling you can have it along with a snack after and it's great. I'm pretty sure their products are portioned (like Lean Cuisine) for health reasons.
Moving on this is their Beef Pot Roast "hearty beef in a rich gravy". The gravy is definitely something I like and the only thing I will say is I wish there was a bit more, but I'm also a big gravy fan. The potatoes are pretty good and there has been a decent amount in the ones I've ate. This also includes sliced carrots, now I'm not much of a carrot fan, at all, but in this meal I don't find them half bad! The absolute best part for me is the beef, I think it's delicious. Sometimes I want to save it all for the end and save the best for last ;)
You can microwave this meal or use an oven.

If you're looking for a change up in your lunch or what not, I fully recommend this delicious little meal!

Every year around winter the Puffs tissue commercials start rolling. I've tried their other types of tissues (regular puffs) and they felt soft and while looking for kleenex to prepare for the season I found the Puffs Plus Lotion with the Scent of Vicks and decided to give them a try. I liked the idea of them being soft with lotion AND having the scent of Vicks. I did find it a little hard to find puffs but did find them at Walmart.
The tissues are about $3 which is more than I usually like to pay for tissues but when you have a cold and need to use one often, you really start to feel it and want a super soft tissue and this definitely is soft and worth paying a bit extra. The scent of Vicks is very present and also comforting. Another thing I liked about this tissue is that it was strong and didn't break down as quickly and easily as some other tissues
Everyone in my household who used them liked them and I bought another box right after going through the first one.
Available in 2 sizes!
As the commercial says "A nose in need, deserves Puffs indeed!"

I recently got this product in a gift and I'm liking it. I have the colour 'All Done Up' which is a beautiful pink/berry sort of colour. I was actually surprised at how bright and pigmented it was when I put it on seeing as though I didn't think the colour was so vibrant in the lipstick form. I have never really tried any Lancome products but I am satisfied with this one.
I find that although it is pretty pigmented and vivid it is also NOT in your face and overwhelming, which is a good thing. It's a cream lipstick and goes on pretty smooth. I have only been wearing it for a few days but I haven't had a problem with it bleeding. I wore it at work and didn't really have to touch it up (although I did a few times just for more intensity and after drinking/eating). My lips have been a little dry at times lately (it IS winter =P) and I found that even when they did get a slight bit on the drier side the lipstick still looked great, not flaky or anything like that.
This lipstick comes in a simple, nice black casing and has no taste, so no worries over licking your lips and tasting something awful, which I'm sure many of us had that problem before with lip products.
Overall a very nice colour and i'm not complaining.

I used to have the Ipod Touch but after it unfortunately got wet I was left ipodless. I thought about getting another Touch but just so happened to receive one of these Apple Ipod Shuffles and I am definitely pleased with it.
At around $50, I think the price is pretty good. I have a little over 2 hours of music on it, with room to spare, so I think that's pretty decent.
One thing i like about it is that it has a clip so you can clip it onto your clothes or whatever else you want and don't have to worry about it falling out of your pocket and what not.
The shuffle is very small and very simple to use. You have the regular Play, Pause, and volume buttons on the front.
There's also a VoiceOver button function. If you press this you can hear the current track name and artist, press and hold and you can hear the playlist menu (press play/pause to select playlist, press twice to hear the battery status). I haven't used this very much but I have found it useful in some cases when I don't recognize a song.
You can play songs in order or shuffle them! There's also a little light which indicates battery life!
I think if you don't care about all the extras other ipods have (like the apps) and you want something at a decent price, the shuffle is great!

I keep going back to Nivea lip products. Recently my lips were feeling chapped so I opened a new lip balm that I had and used it. My lips felt like it had a definite layer of something on it and the taste wasn't very good at times. So I decided to just go for it and grab one I already used and liked. So I bought myself the Cherry flavored lip balm, for around the 3rd time
.
What's great about these balms is that not only are they moisturizing and softening but they also have a little hint/pop of colour.
In addition to those 3 things, you also get a product that not only smells good, but tastes good too. I'm sure us lip balm lovers all know the feeling of buying a new balm, trying it out and then discovering sooner or later that the taste is just awful! But not with this one!
Also, dermatologist tested.
The lip care products from Nivea are the ones that I seem to always keep around without losing the longest and use until there just isnt anymore left to use.

If you're interested in trying some eye shadow (especially funkier colours) and especially at a small price, I recommend this for sure. I have about 5 or so different palettes, a few I picked up at the drugstore Guardian for about $2.99 but I've also recently seen them at the clothing store Sirens for 2 for $5 which is a pretty good deal considering each palette consists of 5 colours, so you'd be getting 10 colours for $5!
My sister told me some of her friends used these and they seemed decent so I gave them a try and I wasn't very disappointed. Some colours work better yes but in general I find them good. I find at least on myself, the pink-tones to work pretty well if not the best.
I've gotten pretty good wear out of these (as well as my sister has) with/without a base. They are generally easy to remove ( I had a harder time with some of the extreme pinks). These small, inexpensive shadows can pack a punch!
They are also cruelty free!
