I was skeptical as i am with any mail order food but damn the wuality and freshness is amazing. I got 5 smoothies and 4 bowls, so far have tried thr acai and blu smoothies, soo delicious and good for digestion. I had the sultana bowl and that was delicious, very well seasoned, added nothing to it.    -
