I had saw reviews online that the Pacifica scalp oil paired with the matching Pacifica scalp scrub worked wonderfully together. I am a fan of Pacifica products as well I love that they’re vegan cruelty free and won’t break the bank. So when these didn’t work out for me I honestly felt duped. This scalp scrub if anything just made my scalp more dry and itchy. Online it said that this will just help your dry scalp not make it even more dry. After I used it in the shower though I still had hope, maybe the scalp coil would fix the problem. You know maybe they work hand-in-hand one gets all the gunk off your scalp and the other rehydrate it. This was not the case though. It made my scalp even more itchy than before and the oil did not fix this problem. Needless to say this was disappointing. Would not recommend. -

I had bought this scalp oil along with the scalp scrub because I was experiencing some dry and flaky scalp. I saw reviews on Google that the oil and the scrub together just helped moisturize and exfoliate at the same time. After using the scalp boil I’ve figured out that it doesn’t actually absorbing into your scalp very well. It more just sits on the top and makes your surrounding hair greasy no matter how much you rub it in. I’ve used under the amount the bottle says and over the amount and I keep having the same experience. My scalp is less itchy the morning after I use it, but I feel it just doesn’t fully complete its job. After I am done with this line of scalp care I will probably be finding a new one. At the same time though it’s not so horrible that I’m just gonna stop using it. I just feel like there are better products out there that are going to help moisturize my scalp and actually soak in. -

I knew I had to buy this product after it being recommended by multiple people and my hairdresser. However, I was a little disappointed in the outcome. It would only make my hair soft right after I have used it and I didn’t see my split ends getting any better. I find it that if you use too much it makes your hair greasy along with other olaplex products. I do like how it hydrates my hair and makes it shiny since I have very bleach and heat damaged hair. I just don’t think it lives up to the expectation everyone gives it. I haven’t noticed long-term effects just affects from right after I use it. When I buy a product meant to make my hair healthier, I don’t want it to just make it look nicer, I want it to actually be helping my hair and I’m unsure if this product is doing it. I am going to continue using it just because of the raving reviews from hairdressers and so many different people. I’m not sure if it’s quite worth the hype everyone gives it yet though. -
