Believe me if I could rate it lower I would. Expensive, annoying, slow and shitty. The owner tried to push her own real estate business on me while I was paying. My shellac was done extremely slowly and for some reason they went sparingly on the color (only 2 coats). It was extremely slow and they didn't even cut the cuticles. My eyebrows were threaded in the most painful, slow and unprofessional manner ever. The lady was very sweet but she could not understand a word I was saying, I swear. And it seemed like she did not know what she was doing, where her stuff was and so forth. Then the owner started commenting on my hair and curled it even though I had asked for ironing it. At the end she took scissors and cut off a few pieces of my hair because she said it looked messy. Worst experience ever. I went there because I was in a rush and didn't care about the price at the time but I paid well over $100 in total, plus the tip.    -
