flower beauty lip butter

The packaging for these lip butters is pretty but very bulky and the lid pops off all the time. With respects to the product, itself, there isn't very much product. The colours are quite nice and they turn up in a few quick swipes on the lips. I'm not crazy about how it feels though. There's a certain grainy or sandy feeling that feels like you've put a powdered blush on your lips. I prefer the Revlon lip butters over this one. -

I only saw them in two shades: red and berry. They look quite similar and the colour payoff is about the same for both of them. It's a pretty colour but that's where the positives stop. The application is pasty, uncomfortable and a big chunky layer gets smeared on when applied to the lips. I think the product is supposed to be unscented, since there's no sweet or artificial scent, just the scent/taste of wood????? It's disgusting. Save your money. Don't buy this.

This is a new product in the show time line of NYC that caught my attention as soon as I saw it. I was disappointed that I can hardly find any reviews for this online because I was interested in seeing some swatches and just how good it was as a balm. On the website there's about 8 or so shades but in Walmart Canada, I've only ever seen 4 different shades of this tinted balm. They're under $2 and perform really well. The colour is sheer but starts to show up after just one swipe. The formula is moisturizing and sits comfortably on the lips. You can apply this without a mirror for a little pop of colour. -

I bought one of the gift sets for myself so now I have white musk for days haha. It's nice, it's a fresh kind of smell but be warned that musk tends to smell different on everyone. So I'd recommend using the tester before you decide to buy it. I actually find the initial spritz to be quite unpleasant... it smells like strong gross powder. It's just the drydown that I like (a light floral). If anyone can recommend to me a light floral scent (without the powdery opening), send me a message!!! -

I received this free as part of Product Review club. I thought this was a decent moisturizer. I prefer my moisturizers to have spf but I think the intent of this one is just to be a gentle, healthy, daily use moisturizer. It does a good enough job and is meant for sensitive skin but I'm crazy about the scent. It's not strong (and possibly meant to be unscented?) but it smells like glue to me... I probably wouldn't buy this again, but mostly because it lacks the sunscreen protection. -
