This mini set is limited edition, and contains three shades in different formulas:
Mini Intense Matte Lip + Cheek in Raven (rich plum)
Mini Gel Color Lip + Cheek Balm in Pulse (glossy nude)
Mini Cream Lip + Cheek Pencil in Sin (rose)
The pencils come individually sealed, in a cute tin with a mirror, with a cap sharpener that perfectly fits onto pencils. These pencils are convenient to travel with, because they double up for lips and cheeks, and on cheeks you apply with fingers – no brushes needed. They are easy to apply on lips, and wear time depends on the color and formula. However, all three pencils were comfortable and non-drying on my lips. Also, none of the formulas were sticking to dry spots on my lips. Applying the pencils onto cheeks in easy – just swipe across your skin and blend with fingers. However, they weren’t equally easy to blend, and it dependent on the color and formula. The color is buildable. I like them on my lips more, but for travel purposes I could see myself using them both ways.
All in all, I loved these pencils, and will definitely purchase more in the future.

The set contains 4 deluxe sized shadow sticks, 0.03 oz/ 0.85 g each, while the full-sized sticks have 0.05 oz/ 1.42 g of product and cost 35 dollars each. This gives the value of 85 dollars for the set, which is really great! Colors included in the set are:
Tuxedo (true black), matte;
Aubergine (deep, dark purple) matte, limited edition;
Rose gold (rose/pink gold), shimmer;
Amethyst (mauve), shimmer.
Both deluxe and full-sized sticks are retractable.
I used them all without primer. They blend well, with any eye shadow brush, or simply with fingers, but you have to be fast. Once the shadows set, they won’t budge! I even tried rubbing the swatch on my hand after a while, the colors didn’t smudge or transfer onto my finger. They are extremely easy to apply, right from the stick, or with a brush. I just apply directly, and blend with a brush. The sticks glide nicely, and don’t tug.
Tuxedo is very soft. I used it on my waterline and it applied well, but as you can see from the close-up photo above, a lot of it got used up in just one application. However, although it is very soft, it only slightly melted down during the day (less than my usual kohl eyeliner).
The shadows lasted all day on my eyes, didn’t crease (without primer) and inner corner didn’t melt down, although I get watery eyes.
I think these colors really make hazel and green eyes pop!
Although the shadows stay put, I easily removed them with my favorite eye makeup remover (Lancome bi-facil eye make-up remover) with only one swipe and no rubbing. Just make sure your remover is oil based, because water doesn’t remove these shadows (tested).
The only bad side of these shadows – I want to have all of them now!

The first thing I noticed upon opening it was the smell. It has a very strong, quite unpleasant scent.Luckily, it is not perfumey, it’s more earthy, charcoal scent, so I decided to get over it and give it a try. The smell is bearable once on face, even if spread it around my nose area.
The mask has a swirly design inside the jar, with black and white formulas. It is very thick and easy to spread with my fingers (you can use a mask brush if you prefer it that way). I apply a small amount on top of my nose and then spread it around and mix the two colors.
You really don’t need much. The mask feels very comfortable, so I keep it on for full 20 minutes. I doesn’t tingle, and it dries only slightly, without crumbling off.
It is supposed to be moisturizing, but unfortunately for me, it does dry out my skin a bit, but not nearly as much as some other charcoal and clay masks/treatment I have tried. It never irritates my skin, which is a huge plus.
I am happy to inform you that this mask/treatment actually works – it does clear out my pores, when used 2-3 times a week. I feel obligated to say that most treatments can’t manage to clear them, so this is a huge achievement. However, it doesn’t shrink my pores a bit. I am going to try using an astringent toner afterwards, hoping that the combo will be a hit

I really like all the Bob's Red Mill products,so it's no surprise I am in love with their oats! These cook pretty fast, and they are a great alternative to other starchy sides, like rice or potatoes. I love making them as a side for chicken, turkey or beef, along with some roasted veggies. Mind you, they taste like oats, so some seasoning is necessary. I prefer adding some sun dried tomatoes or at least tomato paste, and some parsley, with some salt and pepper ofc. -

I have to start off by saying I am new to using highlighters. For that reason, I was afraid I would use too much and that it would be really noticeable. I decided that I should start off by using very small amount. I tap my finger into the powder and them lightly tap above my cheekbones and blend with my fingers.
I have to say I am really impressed! This highlighter (I tried Opal) is extremely easy to blend, gives nice sheen without shimmer and it doesn't look overdone. It doesn't settle into my pores and doesn't show off any dry areas on my skin.
It is a bit pricey, but I really need just the smallest amount for that natural, but better look, so it will last forever! Highly recommended!

First of all, the packing is beautiful. Mini polishes come in 4 mini “city towers”, all housed in a plastic case with snowflakes simulating snow fall in the city. Stunning. However, I really struggled to open the outer packaging, so I decided not to reuse it, because it would be too hard. It went straight to my recycling bin. Formula X decided to give us six best selling cremes+4 new limited edition shimmers in this set.
As I mentioned, they are divided into 4 little packages, with 2 or 3 minis each, that would be perfect as stocking stuffers. There is space in the back where you can personalize them. Within each tower, minis are housed in plastic casing that keeps them in place. These are standard Formula X minis – 0.33 oz/ 4ml.
Limited edition colors included are: Electri-City (coppery shimmer), Epiphany (antique gold shimmer), Wanderlust (lavender platinum shimmer), X Appeal (pink shimmer). Plus, you get six creme colors: Majestic (navy blue), Obsessed (dark merlot), Fahrenheit (cool red), Gray Matter (charcoal gray), Perfection (smoky violet), Intensity (powder pink).
The little minis are very cute, and the brush is decent (I don’t like their full size brush, either, so can’t be excited). The only thing I really hated is that there is no little metal ball for mixing in the minis, so if they separate, you really have to shake well, hoping the color would mix evenly.
After testing 6 out of 10 colors, I can say that they lasted 4-6 days without chipping, and only wore out on tips, with housework (I used a base and top coat). This is in line with regular, full-size Formula X polishes for me (my hands are in water a lot). Shimmers wore on tips a bit faster than creme ones.
Shimmers need two coats, because they are sheer, while some of the creme ones look great with only one coat (like burgundy and blue one).

I use this mask every now and then, when I feel my skin needs more hydration. It always helps smooth out dry patches, and plump it out. A thin layer of this mask that I put on gets almost completely absorbed into my skin within 15 minutes, and it doesn’t look dry at all. You must have noticed it’s called a “sleeping” mask – for some reason I cannot sleep with any type of mask on. I sleep on the side and half of the mask always finishes on my pillow. However, I’ve noticed I can use all the overnight products that tent to sit on your skin during the day, especially if I have time to sit and relax. This particular mask feels like water on your skin, but be careful not to put too much. Only a thin layer is enough, and if you need another layer, you can add it later on. I tried smoothing on a thicker layer one day when I needed something calming on my skin, and it dried off to a thick layer of something that I had to rub off my skin with water to wash off. With a thin layer I barely need to remove anything with a cotton pad. -

The lipsticklooks very dark in the tube, but develops on the lips into a shade that can range from mauve to berry, depending on your lips pH. It feels very moisturizing, almost like a tinted lip balm, but with slightly more color. The developed color is sheer and looks very natural, but it was noticeable enough that my hubby asked me why am I wearing lipstick at home. The lipstick wears off really quickly, but it’s crazy comfortable on my lips (that were really dry lately). It is definitely great for day wear, or for natural make-up looks. -

The product comes in a rustic packaging, and the great thing about the box is that the product name is “written” on the side of the box in Braille! Good job L’occitane for making it easier for people with no eye-sight to distinguish between the products. The jar is plastic, but it’s sealed on the inside, which is always a plus for me. The scrub itself has two main phases: sugar and oils. They use organic sugar and three oils (shea butter, almond, grape seed) to make this scrub effective in both exfoliating and moisturizing your hands. It is very easy to mix the product, and I only use a very small amount – just what fits onto the spatula with one scoop. It smells sweet, just like the rest of L’occitane’s shea butter line, and I really enjoy the scent. They recommend you apply it to dry hands and massage delicately, focusing on cuticles, then rinse. I would say you really need to be gentle – the sugar is a bit harsh, so you don’t want to scrub too hard. Also, if you have nail polish on, massage very gently around your cuticles. Since rinsing removes most of the oils, I recommend you keep it on for a little while after massaging it in (like a hand mask), to allow the oils to sink into your skin, and then rinse with only warm water and pat dry. You will get smooth, lightly moisturized hands, that don’t feel oily after rinsing. The whole process is very fast, and I always follow with the hand cream from the same line. -

We really like Breyers ice creams, and usually keep the vanilla or chocolate one in our freezer. Vanilla is good to have around, because it is a flavour that goes with everything. We top it with chocolate or caramel syrup, fruit, or anything else we feel like. I really like eating it from those crunchy sweet ice cream cones, that add a different texture to it. The only thing I would like to change is to make it a bit less sweet. -
