This was my first time ordering groceries online. I have a few friends/family who have done it before, some regularly. Overall the process was easy and it would be especially great for those in mandated quarantine, needing heavy items without having a vehicle, or those returning from travel or cottaging who need groceries but maybe don’t have time to go to the store.
A few negative things to note:
- the delivery fee is quite high ($7.99), I believe others charge closer to the $5 mark
- they’re going to charge for bags and are quite liberal with their bag use. I was told they aren’t charging for bags currently but will in the future. The delivery driver said that users should get a credit back for any bags returned, but you can’t return bags if your groceries are being picked up by your building concierge. I also felt like their bag usage was all over the place. Some bags were full while many others had only one small item in them.
- pricing is high and not consistent with regular store offers. It’s best to treat the online/delivery store as a completely separate entity as the pricing is completely different (usually higher) than going in store and offers will differ between them.
- selection is limited. Unlike other services that offer the same items in store and online, I found this service had some items with a ton of selection (ie kombucha) and others with very little choice.
I’m unlikely to use this service again, mainly because of my concerns with the pricing. That’s not to say it isn’t a good service that could be very valuable to some, it’s just not valuable to me from a budget and selection perspective. I would recommend this service to anyone who values convenience over budget/selection.

The covid19 crisis has brought greater attention to the importance of hand washing and this Dial Pure Micellar foaming hand wash was a welcome addition to my hygiene routine 🧼
The hyacinth scent is bright without being overpowering and the foaming texture helps you be a better environmental hero. Studies show that people use about 16 to 45(!) percent less water with a foaming hand wash because you don’t need wet hands for a good lather. Micelles in the soap help trap and lift away dirt and impurities for a gentle clean. This hand wash is formulated without parabens, phthalates, silicones, or sulfates and the bottle is made from 50% recycled plastic so you can feel good about sharing this hand wash with your loved ones.

The price tag is a little steep, especially for something that has you wanting to eat the whole box!
I would definitely buy this bar again when it goes on sale at my local store.

The perfect ‘treat’ bar because it satisfies those sweet and sugar cravings but the protein helps keep you full so you don’t eat the whole box in one sitting or raid the fridge minutes later. I like to keep a box of these on hand but wish... +

I like to keep a box of these on hand but wish there were more than 4 bars in the box.

I’d still buy these again, but not too frequently because I definitely don’t have the willpower to resist them! -
These definitely take some getting used to. I like fig bars but something in this seemed to be fighting itself, maybe the cinnamon. The packaging was also difficult to rip open. Otherwise a good bar that satisfies and fills you up.

This product comes in four options:
• cleanse + shine with coconut milk
• cleanse + smooth with hibiscus root
• cleanse + hydrate with cactus water
• cleanse + strengthen with almond oil
I chose the cleanse + shine with coconut milk and it smells AMAZING!
I like it a bit better than the sprays because you don’t get that aerosol fog and it blends better on dark hair.
Overall this product definitely does the job if you need to refresh your hair without a full shower. I’m not sure if I’m sold on the texture, but I say that about dry shampoo sprays too so I think that’s just a dry shampoo thing. I’d definitely use this again 👍🏻

This is my go to cereal when I don't have enough time for the Special K granola but still want a healthy, filling cereal.

I love this cereal because it does a good job at keeping you full so you don't need to snack before lunch. My only complaint is that it has a very specific window of perfection. It takes a few minutes to soak up enough milk but a minute too long and it's a soggy, disgusting paste of a cereal. -
This was a great alternative when my store stopped carrying the cinnamon sugar Life cereal. Less sweet than cinnamon toast crunch, you get that yummy cinnamon flavour without all the excess sugar.
