John Frieda Defy Grey Brunette Blending Shampoo
Much like the conditioner,I used it as directed but didn’t see that much of a difference. In fact it seemed to add colour to the rest of my hair which didn’t need colour. I could still see my greys. Maybe I need more time with it?

It did work but I don’t like foam as it was a bit harsh on my hair. Made it a bit rough. Looked like I hadn’t washed it. It felt like how dry shampoo feels , unclean
