The fresh boost taste is good but I find it could be better. It cleans well but should last longer to keep your mouth feeling fresh. -

The packaging is cute but inconvenient. I'm not crazy about the box because it's flimsy and a little hard to take the ice cream out. Overall, I would recommend this product because of the taste and simple ingredients. -

The chocolate flavour is delicious! I would recommend this shake to anyone who is looking for a high protein shake without the hassle. Ready to go when you are, just keep then in your fridge and grab one anytime for anquick healthy breakfast.
It is thick and creamy and has a great taste with only 1g of sugar and sweetened with sucralose.
With 30g of protein this is an awesome product for me as a bariatric patient as it keeps my small tummy full and provides the protein that is necessary for my lifestyle.

I received this Premier Protein Caramel flavoured drink to try before I buy this week and was a little scared to try this flavour as I’m not a big fan of caramel but it tasted great!
It is sweetened with sucralose which makes it great for me as a former pre-diabetic. My husband tried it also and he loved it! The first taste is quite sweet as you get accustomed to it but after that first taste it is great. It is thick and creamy and very satisfying.
With 30g of protein this is an awesome product for me as a bariatric patient as it keeps my small tummy full and provides the protein that is necessary for my lifestyle.

Knorr Taste of Korea Korean BBQ Seasoning Blend
I'm not usually a fan of spice mixes because they usually have a lot of sodium. This one was very good but I didn't check the sodium content. It tasted good on pork and wasn't too spicy. I would recommend this product.
