I was offered the opportunity to try Got2B creative hair dye in Electric Blue. The instructions give you two options - one for a brighter pop of color and one for a more subtle shade. I opted for the subtle color but because my hair is prelightened (which it does warn about on the box) it still went dark blue. The shade wasn’t too bad if I hadn’t wanted a more subtle color and only put it on the tips of my hair. (It didn’t blend well). That could be partial user error but mostly the ratio of color and the color softening product weren’t quite right.
My other complaint would be that it washed out fairly quickly. It faded significantly with 3 washes and was out within 6 - even with the dark blue shade. I would suggest it as a fun but temporary pop of color but not if you’re looking for a change of look that lasts.

Winter skin is hard to deal with - especially with Canadian winters and 6 kids! Our toddlers always get eczema behind the knees and in the elbows from age 1 to 4 (and the rest of us suffer with dry, cracked, and bleeding hands). This year, we have had no problems with the sore, dry spots of eczema on the two youngest ones knees and elbows thanks to Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Care. Our older kids (and us adults) also have been having luck with using it on our dry hands. The cream USB mice and thick and absorbs easily. I will say if you put it on your dry feet (as we have) make sure you wear socks because the moisturizer will make your feet really slippery and you will be skating around the house!
We have tried many different products for the patches of eczema our kids tend to get and none have worked as well as the Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Care. We will definitely be buying it again and would recommend it to all our friends, family, and the random stranger at the store.

I am a busy mom of 6 but that doesn’t meant I want to look like I’m too busy to care for myself! I absolutely love the CDN Vinylux product line! I can paint my nails once per week, quickly with just two coats of color and the top coat and I don’t have to worry about tons of chipping like with most other polishes. I have bought the gel nail polish kits before (polish not nails) and was disappointed with how long (or short) the color lasted. With the CDN Vinylux I didn’t have to worry at all. It was a bit harder to take off at the end of the week for color changes or to reapply but that’s a small price to pay for long lasting color!
The colors are beautiful and there is a variety suitable for any occasion. I think the top coat made all the difference (if I tried to save on time and skip it, the polish didn’t last as long without chipping). I plan on adding many more colours to my aresenal and junking my old polish! I highly reccomend it!

I can paint my nails once per week, quickly with just two coats of color and the top coat and I don’t have to worry about tons of chipping like with most other polishes. The MAYBELLINE NEW YORK BROW PRECISE MICRO PENCIL does a great job filling in your brows - if you're careful. I find that most brow pencils can be easy to make too dark, and the MAYBELLINE NEW YORK BROW PRECISE MICRO PENCIL is no exception. If you are used to using a pencil for filling in your brows, this should be no problem.
You need to be careful when sharpening it as well (as with all other brow pencils) as the soft tip can break easily. I do like the addition of the brush to help blend but I've never been a fan of pencils.
If you love pencil brow fillers then I suggest you give MAYBELLINE NEW YORK BROW PRECISE MICRO PENCIL a try, if you don't normally use pencils I suggest trying out the Maybelline New York Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer. (It too has a learning curve but if you read the directions you should be just fine).

If you are a blonde, you probably know that having eyebrows is important. You probably also know that blondes don't always have brows you can see - especially if you are wearing foundation etc!
I normally use a powder to fill in my brows as it's more forgiving than pencils (and its harder to fill them in too dark or too obvious). That's why I was excited to try the Maybelline New York Brow Drama Shaping Chalk Powder. Like the other brow drama products by Maybelline, the brush that came with the shaping chalk powder did have a bit of a learning curve. Once you figured it all out though, you were golden. There were some times where I was still not able to get the precise shape I wanted but I still enjoyed using it and found it to be a good product.

I’ve been a huge fan of fiber mascara for a long time my brows, however, have been neglected. Brows are really important in your overall look and Maybelline New York Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer does an amazing job of making them look their best! We’re all guilty of overplucking at some point and the brows don’t always grow back as full. This product will help you get your fullest, best brows ever without any patchyness. It’s also crazy easy! (Even for someone who uses to use a lip brush and eyeshadow to fill in brows. ) Bottom line, I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who wears make up!

I have 6 kids on a farm. They get messy! They come on dirty and grass stained on a regular basis and no one likes to have to buy new clothes because they wore their nice clothes outside by accident. I love that this stain remover is gentle and free of harsh chemicals. It doesn’t work quite as well as the chemical laden stain removers but it’s a much better, safer option for my kids clothes (and an excellent first defence against stains!). I would recommend this to my friends and family who have babies (hello spit up!) or small children (learning to eat spaghetti perhaps?!) for a first defence against stains. It’s much bettering for your clothes and your family.

Just after I received this product we left for a 6 week work trip where we would be living in hotels with 6 kids and a ton of driving! I loved that these wipes were so easy to carry with us and safe for a variety of uses. The scent is a bit weird as it smells like pizza but the scent goes away quickly if it bothers you. I loved that I could use these around the baby without fearing the chemicals that most cleaning wipes contain. The scent you do get over fairly quickly and it just becomes part of cleaning (like lemon scent). I would tecpmmend these to my natural minded friends and those who want to have a clean house without harmful chemicals.

When we got these, my son (almost 3) had decided to potty train officially (despite the months of push we had tried to exert, he trained at his own pace). We were also leaving on a 4 day road trip which would end in a month long hotel stay. These were a life saver! We used these for the drive when we didn’t know quite when we would be able to stop and he could have assigner in his seat (which would result in a lot of annoyance in the form of a smelly car seat!) and also at night while in hotels the first few weeks. They worked great, acted like under wear (which was the big struggle since he was essentially potty trained and didn’t want to wear diapers like his baby brother), and never leaked. I also love that they are more environmentally responsible. (We normally use cloth diapers and trainers but can’t when we’re in hotels or travelling). I would absolutely recommend these trainers for those who want something more environmentally responsible with less chemical than traditional pull ups.
